Non-material damage in health injury and decision making in adhesive (criminal) proceedings Abstract The diploma thesis focuses on current legislature, issues and questions regarding compensation of non-material damage (non- property harm), specifically health injuries in adhesive proceedings. The topic presented hereby is a relatively young field of interest in the Czech law system, moreover it has gone through relatively dynamic development recently. The topic of the diploma thesis is effectively linking criminal, civil and health (medical / health care) law. The diploma thesis presents an outlook on the concept of non-material damages from the point of view of civil law and outlines the concepts of injured party and adhesive proceedings belonging to the criminal law field. The diploma theses presents an insight into the terms of liability and criminal liability and it also briefly concerns the criminal liability in health care. The diploma thesis presents some of the selected criminal offences (crimes) against human life and health. The diploma thesis also focuses on terms and proceedings of the adhesive (criminal) proceedings and the possibilities and rights of injured party in the proceedings. Studie se zaměřuje na zhodnocení situace na trhu práce z hlediska nabídky volných míst evidovaných ÚP. Cílem je sledovat vývoj počtu volných pracovních míst evidovaných úřadem práce v kontextu s vývojem míry nezaměstnanosti na celorepublikové úrovni. Studie analyzuje strukturu volných pracovních míst podle profese, identifikuje nejžádanější profese a srovnává se strukturou pracovní síly. Zhodnocuje nabídku volných pracovních míst podle požadovaného vzdělání a požadavků na praxi. Pozornost je dále soustředěna na možnosti uplatnění absolventů škol a mladistvých, kde je monitorována struktura volných pracovních míst vhodných pro absolventy podle profese, oboru zaměstnání a druhu pracovního úvazku. Jsou uvedeny i přílohy s vývojem v jednotlivých krajích.

Conformity of education completed and performing employment - 2016

The analysis focuses on determining the conformity of the acquired education and the work done in terms of expertise. The assessment of conformity assesses the use of graduates' qualifications not only in terms of the level of education attained but also in terms of the suitability of the education received for the performance of the relevant employment. The four-step scale is used to assess the correspondence between education and employment - full compliance, partial compliance, partial disagreement and gross disagreement.

Prepartion of a child for school attendance

In its the theoretical part the diploma thesis discusses readiness and non-readiness for school attendance and characteristic and criteria of school maturity. It also deals with the influence of the family and pre-school attendance on the start of primary school attendance. It focuses on the enrolling in primary school in a usual or an alternative way. In its research part the cooperation between primary and secondary schools is surveyed via questionnaires. Results are stated and interpreted. Preparatory classes and their influence on the entry into primary schools are also dealt with.
