Modelling of a heat water exchanger and its regulation
Černík, Michal ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Mihálik, Ondrej (advisor)
The thesis deals with the modelling of a hot water heat exchanger station and its control. It includes project documentation, with theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dealing with theoretical knowledge about every used element that is used in the design. The practical part deals with the implementation of the electrical wiring of the station, its connection with the control automaton, design of the mathematical model, simulation and design of the controller.
Gap options (třída Kapitána Jaroše, Brno, CZ)
Černík, Matyáš ; Mráz, Ondřej (referee) ; Smržová, Kristýna (advisor)
The project is looking for an ideal use for a historically valuable urban plot in a gap on the street tř. Kap. Jaroše, located in the epicentre of cultural and social use of the city behind the city centre, which implies the need to respond to the huge potential from a cultural point of view. Analyses aimed at finding and understanding the genius loci revealed the ideal use of the plot as a multifunctional cultural and social centre, responding to the presence of the city theatre, the gymnasium and the ZUŠ. The project "Behind the Curtain" has the ambition to culturally enrich the proluka with activities chosen by the individual, becoming a stage for events.
Heat Exchanger Regulation
Černík, M. ; Mihálik, O.
The work deals with the design of a laboratory task including model of heat exchanger station. It includes project documentation, with theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is concerned with theoretical knowledge about every element used in the design. Practical part deals with the control unit of the station and the simulation of heat exchanger.

Operational and mobilisation plans of the Red Army 1940-1941
Černík, Marek ; Nálevka, Vladimír (advisor) ; Tejchman, Miroslav (referee)
In the 1990's appeared new relevant documents from archives in Moscow, which bear testimony, that the Red Anny was being prepared for an attack on Gennany in 1941. There are two basic hypotheses: 1. The war preparations of the Soviet U ni on in spring 1941 had an offensive character. 2. The Red Anny war ready to start a large-scale offensive military campaign in the West already in summer 1941. The aim of this rigorous thesi s i s either to confinn such hypotheses or to deny them. The topíc is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with Mobilization Plan MP-41, which was approved in February 1941. This plan is presented as a basic document for reorganisation and reannament of the Red Anny. It would have required around five years to provide the Red Anny with weaponry called for by the MP-41. However there was no need to achieve full combat strength according to this ambitious plan to launch an attack on Gennany. Soviet mobilization in spring 1941 was carried out secretaly and covered by large training excercises. The second chapter speaks about the war planning in the period 1940-1941. All modifications of Operational Plans (Strategie Deployment Plans ), which were worked out in the Operational Directorate of the General Staff, were thoroughly analyzed. In the centre of my analysis there was an...
The Ideal of Firefighter and The Ideal of Supervisee - do they endure?
Majzlíková, Jana ; Havrdová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Černík, Michal (referee)
Mgr. Jana Majzlíková - Ideál hasiče a ideál supervizanta - snášejí se? ABSTRACT The work focuses on the question whether it is appropriate to the environment work with firefighters to implement supervision and, if so, how. For this purpose, the work compared the ideal of firefighters, what firefighters have themselves, and the ideal of supervisee what have supervisors, and examined their mutual compatibility. The research design was based on a qualitative approach. The data obtained from interviews with firefighters, supervisors, and from the focus group with firefighters were analyzed using analysis of qualitative data (open coding, thematic analysis). First, research has shown that the ideal of firefighters dominates gratitude for their work and willingness to help others. There is experience in supervision and open sharing stories about clients in the first place of the ideal of supervisee. Next, in both cultural ideals in addition include a common interest in people, understanding for others, tolerance, responsiveness to the needs of clients and people affected by a critical incident, empathy, empathic listening, interest in discussion and accessibility to the opinions of others. In both studied cultural environments courage is also appreciated. The supervisee must have the personal bravery "have skin...
Combined methods Remediation of groundwater by combination of sodium lactate and zero valent nanoiron
Stejskal, Vojtěch ; Bruthans, Jiří (advisor) ; Černík, Miroslav (referee)
Vojtěch Stejskal - Diplomová práce 2014 - Přírodovědecká fakulta UK v Praze 4 ABSTRACT The thesis describes pilot applications of combined method - combination of sodium lactate and nanoparticles of zero-valent iron and their synergic effect. Two applications of combined method are described onto two geologically different sites - in Rožmitál pod Třemšínem and Spolchemie in Ústí nad Labem. First site is contaminated by polychlorinated biphenyls; contamination is situated in hydraulically well conducted porous media formed by weathered granodiorite. Main contaminants of Spolchemie site are trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene, contamination is situated in geologically heterogenous quaternary terrace of Bílina river. Effects of combined method on two different sites were compared and recommendations and conclusions were done. Part of the thesis is research of scientific articles and literature on topics: polychlorinated biphenyls, chlorinated ethylenes, in situ chemical reduction by sodium lactate and nanoiron, natural conditions of both sites, history of sites. In the thesis are also processed and evaluated results of geophysical investigation, changes of groundwater level and results of groundwater monitoring in view of the application of combined method on both sites.
