The aim of this work is to map the evolution of cataloguing rules on the territory of today's Federal Republic of Germany with more detailed description of Prussian Instructions and The rules for alphabetical cataloging (RAK). The introductory chapter disserts upon the general origin of the cataloguing rules in libraries. The second chapter offers a brief overview of german librarianship. The following chapter is devoted to particular personalities which played an important role in the beginning of german cataloguing practice. The next chapter describes the circumstances of the origination of Prussian Instructions, their structure and content. The fifth chapter describes the evolution of cataloguing rules for public libraries, which originated by simplification of Prussian Instructions, and their revisions. Also explained are the historical reasons for the creation of The rules for alphabetical cataloging (RAK), and their evolution. This chapter also includes a part devoted to the content of these rules. Following are the descriptions of efforts to harmonize german and anglo-american standards in the projects REUSE, RAK2, Changing for international formats and Codes (MARC21, AACR2). Determination of the level of physical abilities in sporting and nonporting children in the 2nd grade of elementary school.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the level of motoric abilities in sports and non- sporting children at the 2nd level of elementary school. Based on eight selected standardized tests, we find the required level of motor skills and, above all, the real difference between sports and non-sporting children. In the theoretical part I deal with the characteristics of individual motor abilities, sports and non-sporting children at present days. In the research part I tested 80 children of elementary school by motor tests and based on the questioning method I found out the rate of sports and non-sporting children. The results of the movement tests and the questionnaire were statistically processed and evaluated. This work disserts upon information policy in Czechoslovakia in the 70`s and 80`s the 20th century. It concerns with program of national information policy for scientific and technical development P18 and P13 and its partial aims and tasks. It enters into details of activities of Central technical base, its services and functions in four five-year plans of national economy. It analyses System of Central technical base and its individual modules. It follows development of computer technique and information transfer technology. It concerns with International system of scientific and technical information and cooperation between countries of Council for Mutual Economic Assistance in connection with Central technical base (for example: information line Moscow-Prague-Vienna). This work is devoted to Center of computerized information exchange which negotiates a connection to countries in soviet area and also connection to capitalistic vendors. At the end there is a short part about development after 1990.
