Bocková, Tereza ; Gřivna, Tomáš (advisor) ; Bohuslav, Lukáš (referee)
This rigorous thesis presents an undesirable social phenomenon - domestic violence, which can be considered one of the most widespread and most severe form of violence in our society. The aim of the rigorous thesis is, as the name itself suggests, to present as much comprehensive picture as possible of the issue of domestic violence in terms of its criminological and criminal law aspects, i.e. to summarize the current valid and effective criminal law regulation of this phenomenon, to point out its shortcomings and to suggest possible improvements according to conclusions. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the rigorous thesis is divided into five chapters; the first one is dedicated to the definition of some basic terms that are directly related to the topic. In particular, the term of domestic violence, its characteristics, the causes, why this sociopathological phenomenon occurs, the forms and appearances in which it occurs, and the phases are described. There is also an explanation of terms of a violent and threatened person, an intervention center or interdisciplinary cooperation. The following chapter, which is one of the key sections, deals with criminological aspects of domestic violence. The aim of this part of the thesis is to define the profile of the offender and victim of...
Voseo, its evolution and present
Bocková, Tereza ; Mištinová, Anna (advisor) ; Čermák, Petr (referee)
This work approaches the phenomenon called voseo from two different points of view: synchronic and diachronic. At the beginning, the work compares verbal and pronominal systems in Spain and Hispanic America, then analyses the evolution of voseo with the help of writings from given periods (from Cid to Classicism). In addition, it examines how different grammars (from the first grammar of Nebrija to the newest grammar of the Royal Spanish Academy) see this phenonomenon. In the part dedicated to the synchronic view, it describes voseo in different states with the help of the corpus of the Royal Spanish Academy.

The objective of the thesis is to translate the original text so that the function would be kept and to demonstrate my ability of reflexion in the analysis of the original and translated text.
Analýza vybraných potravin metodou NIR
Bočková, Tereza
BOČKOVÁ, T. Analysis of selected foods by NIR, Master thesis, MENDELU in Brno, 2015, 72p. The aim of the thesis was to examine samples of regionally grown cereals, oilseeds and legumes using NIR analyzer DA 7200 and compare the results to the tables and chemical analysis. A total of 26 samples were used. For the whole, crushed and milled grains and seeds, according to the type of the sample, analysis of water, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat and starch were made. The content of crude protein was verified by the chemical laboratory. NIR measurements showed discrepancies in the case of evaluation of individual substances for the whole, crushed and milled grains or seeds, although the same material was used and the measured values should be similar. We have detected for example crude protein content in Apache (Litava) wheat sample by NIRS analysis 129,3 +- 1,78 g.kg-1 for the whole grains, 116,5 +- 0,72 g.kg-1 for the crushed grains and 100,9 +- 2,71 g.kg-1 for the milled grains. The chemical analysis for the same sample showed the value of 120,8 g.kg-1. According to the literature, the crude protein content in wheat should be between 118 and 132,1 g.kg-1. When evaluating the characteristics of the whole, crushed and milled samples crude protein content reached 135,6 +- 8,78 g.kg-1 for the whole, 132,3 +- 9,97 g.kg-1 for the crushed and 130,5 +- 11,55 g.kg-1 for the milled samples. Given that the crude protein measurement results were in accordance with the chemical analyses and the tabular values, it is apparent that the NIR analyzer is working properly. The results of this thesis, however, bring the presumption that the device setting is now not suitable for multiple analyses of different materials.
