Influence of application of activators of vital soil functions on selected soil characteristics at Agrovýzkum Rapotín s.r.o.
Blaha, Josef ; Šařec, Ondřej (advisor) ; Ladislav, Ladislav (referee)
This thesis describes and evaluates changes of selected physical properties using various excipients, manure and fertilizer. The first part is a literature review prepared for introduction to the soil and soil properties. Further analyzes the problem of soil improvers and their division. Selected soil substances are described in detail in some of the chapters. Subsequently describes some previous attempts substance PRP SOL. The evaluation of the impact on the application of the plant is working in Chapter 4 are listed first, soil and climatic conditions of the land block, which are made different versions of the test. Further I describe the evaluation of selected soil properties, which include, bulk density, soil moisture penetration resistance, infiltration capacity of soils and soil traction resistance when processing a disc harrow. The final chapter is devoted to a discussion of the assessed properties and the overall summary of the attempt.
Proposal of the water divider on the river Romže
Blaha, Josef ; Zedníček, Jiří (referee) ; Uhmannová, Hana (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of the water divider near Prostějov on the Romže River. Divider flows will be transferred into the Hloučela River. Within the thesis, hydraulic calculations of the side spillway were solved according to Bürgel, Pavlosky, Engels, Musterle, Kunštátský, Hager and energy solution methods in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and by using the HEC-RAS program as well. The calculations were compared to each other. Geometry of the relief water divider on the Romže River and the related buildings was designed based on the performed calculations. The required function of the relief object is guaranteed by manipulation of designed sluice gate. The study includes the text part with the calculations and the drawing part documenting the implementation of the designed measures.
Stirling Engine
Blaha, Josef ; Kloss, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This dissertation discusses Stirling’s cycle and its contribution using different approaches. There are calculation of Schmidt’s theory and distinctiveness between ideal and real cycle described. Based on my previous research, this work provides a detailed summary of different methods which are used to stimulate Stirling’s cycles as well as the motor as a whole. Attention is particularly dedicated to current utilization of this machine which is not broadly known within general public.
Assessment of the silting streambed river Český potok in the village Čechy pod Kosířem
Blaha, Josef ; Smelík, Lukáš (referee) ; Uhmannová, Hana (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the problematic of clogging the flow of Český potok at village Čechy pod Kosířem. Work assesses the current state of the flow modification made in the 70s of the last century in terms of flow and object capacity and in terms of the state of the riverbed fortification. Thesis also includes the evaluation of the stability of the flow bottom focused on the clogging the flow in the section modified to a rectangular transverse profile. Based on the performed assessment, precautions eliminating the clogging the flow are suggested. Thesis contains drawings of the current state of the water flow and drawings of suggested precautions.
The age sructure of the roach (Rutilus rutilus) population and the chevin (Leuciscus cephalus) population in the Blanice river
BLÁHA, Josef
The Blanice river has its spring in the Šumava Protected Landscape Reserve near Zlatá at an altitude of 972 m a.s.l. and empties in the Otava river near Putim at an altitude of 362 a.s.l. The size of its catchment area is 860,5 km2, the watercourse is 93,3 km and the flow rate at the confluence is 4,23 m3.s-1. The upper reaches of the Blanice has a typical submontane, trout character, which is disturbed by the Husinec reservoir (the water area is 68 ha, maximal depth 25,5 m). The lower two thirds of the river run through an array of ponds in the region of Vodňany and Protivín. This area is intensively cultivated by agricultural activities. These two factors play the major role the fact that the lower part of the river is strongly eutrophicated. This is also supported by the abundance survey, according to which the most abundant species are roach (Rutilus rutilus) and chub (Leuciscus cephalus). The survey was made at 9 localities encompassing the main biotope types in the longitudinal profile of the lower part of the Blanice in the region of Vodňany and Protivín. The harvests were carried out within a 50-meter section, always in the upstream direction towards the place that kept the fish from escape (a small weir, a knickpoint). The most abundant species {--} Rutilus rutilus and Leuciscus cephalus {--} were evaluated from the viewpoint of the age distribution of the population.
