Illegal work - performance of work outside the basic employment relationship Abstract The topic of this diploma thesis is illegal employment according to the provisions of § 5 letter e) point 1 of Act No. 435/2006 Coll., on employment, as amended. The thesis deals exclusively with the fulfillment of the definition of illegal work by performing work outside the employment relationship, ie situations where there is either a concealment of dependent work, its performance without a valid employment contract or the performance of work on examination. The main goal of this work is to connect the field of employment with the field of administrative punishment and thus gain comprehensive knowledge about illegal work and its punishment. The thesis provides a detailed analysis of the current legislation on illegal work and links its wording with selected case law, thus creating a comprehensive overview of the issues addressed. This diploma thesis is divided into four main chapters. In the first part, the graduate focuses on the definition of the terms dependent activity and dependent work, which are necessary for understanding the issues of work outside the employment relationship. The family house with wine cellar

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation of a family house with a commercial space. The building is located on Květinová Street in Pohořelice near Brno. It is a detached house with two above-ground and one underground floor. The main and dominant part with a gable roof is designed as a residential area for housing, complemented by a simple form of wine store with the cellar in a simple form. Both parts are accessible from the street. The house is three-story, with the entrance on the first floor, which includes a shared living area with the gallery above, technical and sanitary facilities, guest amenities, and a wine store with its own entrance and separate operation. The wine store and cellar in the basement are connected by a spiral staircase. The private second floor contains living rooms, bathroom, and access to a terrace. The main structural elements of the building are brick vertical walls made of therm bricks reinforced with reinforced concrete rings, monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs, and a truss wooden roof structure. The stairs are made of steel. The building is founded on reinforced concrete strips, which are stepped down to the level of the basement. The material solution for the surfaces is inspired by the traditional technique of storing wine in wooden barrels with metal hoops. Therefore, the facade of the main structure has wooden cladding the ventilation, and the roofing and facade of the wine bar are made of aluminum composite panels. A lightweight envelope with projecting laminated trusses is designed for the gable part of the house in the garden, providing shading.
The family house, Brno - Chrlice

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of project documentation for the construction of a family house in Brno – Chrlice, specifically on plot No. 318/2. The proposed building is detached. It is a partially basement family house with two floors and a garage. The house also includes an office, which serves as a design office and is located on the first floor. The main entrance to the building is situated on the west side. The construction system of this family house is based on the use of Porotherm ceramic wall blocks. The ceiling structure is designed from the Porotherm system with Miako ceramic inserts. For the roofing of the building, a flat vegetated roof is chosen, which gives the house a specific appearance and brings benefits in terms of ecology and energy efficiency. Two outdoor parking spaces are available for visitors to the design office. The main purpose of this house is to provide a permanent residence for a family of four.

The goal of my bachelor´s thesis was to process the project documentation of the Rajhrad building,which is determined for living. Building is in Rajhrad city, in cadastral area of the city. Building is constructed as permanent build for living with 8 residental units located on 4 floors. The entire building has a basement on a slightly sloping terrain, while in the basement are store spaces designed for each apartment. 1st and 2nd are identical and they has 2+kk apartments and studio. At the 3rd floor is studio too, but there are 2 maisonette apartment, which continues to the 4th floor. A monolitic reinforced concrete stairs and personal elevator are conecting this floors. The entrance is on north side of the building. The building has wheelchair-accessible ramp. As a part of the project is parking lot for 18 cars, 2 of them are for limited mobility people. The construct system is a longitudinal wall, while basement walls are reinforced concrete and walls of the floors are made of porotherm ceramics bricks whith a thickness of 300mm, Inside load-bearing walls are porotherm 300mm thick, partitions are 140mm thick. Ceilings are made of ceramic beams and miako inserts. The staircase is a monolithic reinforced concrete double-arm. The structural height is 3.25m and the clear height is 2.9m. The entire building is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system and covered with an impassable flat roof.

Retirement home i Dolní Kounice

This diploma theses deals with making of desing documentation for a nursing home. The building is designed as a detached house situated in Dolní Kounice town and has 4 above-ground floors. Main entrance is situated in the northern part of the building. There are situated offices, technical utilities, a doctor’s office, shop, hairdresser’s or rehabilitation in the first floor. In higher floors there are situated the apartments for old people. There will be total of 15 apartments. The walls are made of clay masonry that are 300 mm thick. The walls are insulated with mineral wool that is 200 mm thick. Ceilings will be made of prestressed concrete panels. There will be pitched girder roof, 2 roof terraces, flat green roof and access galleries.
Medical center in Prostějov

The aim of this master´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new-built medical facilty for building permit, in the cadaster area of Prostějov. The building has six medical offices with facilities, pharmacy with the production of drugs and X-ray equipment. The building is simply-shaped, with two aboveground floors. The vertical loadbearing structures are designed from sand-lime blocks. The building is insulated by a ETICS with ventilated facade with green facade. The horizontal loadbearing structures and the staircase are designed from reinforced cast-in-place prefabricated parts. The concept of flat roof is an extensive green roof. The building is heated by gas condensing boiler. The building uses photovoltaics to produce electricity for save non-renewable resources. The building is ventilated using mechanical ventilation. In the third part, an assessment of water management was performed. The project was processed in ArchiCAD and Lumion.

The thesis focuses on project documentation for a construction project with the aim to design a garden center with an administrative part that deals with the design of gardens. The building is situated in the outskirts of Nový Jičín. It is partly a one-story and partly a two-story building. The object lays on the slab foundations, vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The horizontal structures are made by prestressed Spiroll panels, due to the large spans. The building is covered by a vegetated flat roof. The exterior walls are solved with the ETICS system or with a ventilated facade made of wood or a green facade. On the 1st floor there is commercial area - 2 units intended for the sale of mainly indoor plants, decorations and goods for the home and garden. From both of these units, there is access to the outdoor sales area, where goods of larger dimensions are considered - outdoor trees, shrubs, outdoor plants. There is also a cafe and a florist studio. The florist studio is considering selling cut flowers, bouquets and decorations.In the central part of the 1st floor there is an atrium with a large skylight. The second floor is intended for a design office and a training room - designed for holding evening courses - garden architecture, flower arranging, tree cutting, etc.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Domašov u Brna. It is a partially basement building with three floors. In the basement there is a common recreation area, technical rooms and cellars of individual housing units. On the first floor there are two apartments with a size of 3 + 1 and one apartment with a size of 2 + 1. These apartments are complemented by an outdoor terrace with a front garden. In the rest of this floor there is a cleaning room, a common room and a bicycle shed. The second floor is similar to the first, but instead of common areas there is one more 2 + 1 apartment. The apartments on the second floor are complemented by balconies. On the third floor there are two apartments 4 + kk and they are complemented by terraces situated to the west. It is a brick building made of THERM ceramic blocks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundations strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. In front of the building there are twenty-four outdoor parking spaces, one of them is for people with reduced mobility. Access to the building is possible through paved areas. The whole building is insulated with the ETICS system. Facade colors are designed in shades of white and gray with anthracite fillings of openings.
