Assessing Selected Indicators Using Statistical Methods

The diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of selected indicators using statistical methods. The first part is devoted to theoretical background, which describes financial indicators, time series analysis and regression and correlation analysis. The second part deals with the analysis of selected indicators and statistical analysis, which predicts the values of indicators for the next two years. Then correlation analysis is created, which determines the dependence between selected financial indicators. The last part is devoted to proposals leading to the improvement of the current situation of the company.

1 Appeal in civil procedure Abstract The presented rigorous thesis deals with the issue of appeal in civil procedure with an emphasis on a contested litigation. Appeal constitutes the only ordinary legal remedy that can be applied in civil procedure according to the effective legal regulation. From the point of view of systematics, my thesis is divided into eleven sections, which are, because of clarity and logical division of individual parts of the discussed issues, further divided into sections and then into articles. The two introductory sections are devoted to more general reflections on the chosen topic. The first section contains an introduction to the issue of the legal review of judicial decisions, specifically focusing on a general interpretation of issues of remedial procedure, remedial systems, and finally the division of remedies into the regular and extraordinary ones. The second section focuses on the historical development of the legal regulation of appeal in the Czech countries, both before 1918, and afterwards. The second part of my rigorous thesis, consisting of the remaining nine sections, is already working with the problem of appeal from the point of view of the currently effective legal regulation. This bachelor's thesis deals with assessment of the economic situation in the selected company using statistical methods. In the theoretical part are described individual indicators of financial analysis and statistical theory. The practical part describes the company's analysis using calculations of financial indicators and subsequent statistical methods. On the basis of the analyzes, I propose my own proposal for solving the situation in the company.
Differences in Real Estate Financing Between Mortgage Bank and Building Savings Bank

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of suitable alternatives for funding of own housing for specific model examples of clients and purposes. In the theoretical part there are defined the concepts associated with mortgages and building savings. The theoretical part is focused on the current trend in the market of mortgage financing in the Czech Republic. It also contains a prediction of further developments in the field of loan financing. In the practical part the theory is used for analyzing the offers of financial institutions and there is also selected an appropriate way of financing.

This bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the tax liability of a legal per-son, specifically a real company with limited liability. The task is to put forward the most effective solutions of tax optimization for the company. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of the issue of corporation tax in 2013 and par-tially tax changes effective from 1. 1. 2014. In the practical part are these theoreti-cal findings concretized in relation to real values of the company and determined specific ways and recommendations of tax optimization.
COMPARISON OF ANGLO-SAXON AND CONTINENTAL AGENCIES

In my diploma work I focused on system of function of talent agencies. On one side there are systems of continental talent agencies, mostly based in Europe and on the other side are Anglo-Saxon system that are used by most of the agencies in Great Britain and United states. During my observations I intended to reveal the mechanisms and their differences. On first part of my study describe more general cases in order to help readers initiate into the problematic. In this part I define terms like talent agency, agent than more closely specify artist, who are being represented etc. Further on I focus on relating economical and law issues, on which bases agent and talent agencies work. In second chapter I deal with talent agencies from continental environment. Here I name and specify in detail all prominent and important European agencies. Second part of this chapter I dedicated to Czech Republic, its historical evolution of talent agencies and its present. Next chapter focus on Anglo-Saxon agencies and towards of my work I evaluate common and different characteristics of these agencies operating in two different environments.
