Evaluation of Google Ads Campaigns in Balance Club Brumlovka

Title: Evaluation of Google Ads Campaigns in Balance Club Brumlovka Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to propose improvements for the launched PPC campaigns in 2018 in Balance Club Brumlovka, which will lead to more efficient performance of the campaigns and eliminates the shortcomings in their setting. The partial goal is to propose a process for optimizing and evaluating campaigns for the future. Recommendations are based on interview and data analysis, focusing on strategy, campaign settings and performance, ad content, keyword selection, and campaign targeting. Methods: The thesis uses the semi-structured interview method and the analysis of secondary data method. The interview is conducted with the campaign manager. The analysis of secondary data is performed using the tools Google Ads and Google Analytics. Results: Recommendations for the club are specific steps and frequency of campaign optimization, clarification of campaign strategy and goal, tracking of new performance indicators, changing campaigns types, adding keywords and knowing the competition. Title: Awareness of the Czech population about sporting events involving Emirates Airline Aims: The primary aim of this thesis is to find out the awareness of the Czech population about sporting events involving Emirates Airline. The secondary aim is to then evaluate the gathered information. Methods: The research question is answered through an experiment that entails distributing an online questionnaire to respondents as a form of quantitative method used in this dissertation. The compiled questionnaire was sent out to various groups of responders using the social network and email communication. The research lasted for three weeks in which the results were then processed by the computer technology in the MS Excel program. Results: The responses received by the Czech population show an awareness of sport events involving Emirates Airlines in Football, Tennis and Formula 1 racing. The results gathered show there is a greater interest in the Czech population to visit Formula 1 racing. On this basis, the Czech population would like Emirates Airlines to also sponsor winter sports, especially Ice Hockey and Running Races. Title: Business plan of founding a tennis school Target: Target of the work is to set up a business plan for founding a tennis school in Prague, which should with using methods mentioned below bring the answer for essential question about space on the trade for this kind of business and it's potential rentability. Method: During processing thesis were used this methods: description (document analysis), interview with methodist of Czech Tennis Association Mrs. Jana Srnisková, written inquiries on candidates of second grade of tennis coaching, Porter five forces analysis, PESTEL analysis, competition analysis and SWOT analysis, which has helped to detect strenghts and weaknesses of tennis school and on the other hand provided evaluation of opportunities and threats analysed from external point of view. Results: The results should approach the problematic of founding tennis school in real conditions of TJ Sokol Horní Počernice. In final evaluation we can state, that in terms of exclusivity, courts will be used only with one tennis school - tennis school of Hroní Počernice. Marketing research - sponsoring of the UEFA Champions League in the Czech Republic

Title: Marketing research - sponsoring of the UEFA Champions League in the Czech Republic Objectives: The main objective of this research was to determine if there is awareness about the sponsorship of the Champions League in football among the wider public. Primarily, on the basis of questionnaire, it was investigated if the public during watching this football competition perceives sponsoring and specific sponsors of Champions League, if the public knows all these sponsors, and if so, which seems to be the most important. It was also investigated a public interest in the Champions League and in football in general. Methods: The thesis is based on theoretical knowledges that bind to this topic. To determine the general knowledge of sponsorship of the Champions League in football was used survey questionnaire method. The results are presented in tables and graphs. Results: Marketing research of sponsorship of the UEFA Champion League has revealed, that overall 82% of the survey respondents knew at least one of the six official sponsors of the Champions league. The research results have shown, that even the best - known sponsor is a Dutch beer producer - Heineken, who also appears to be the most important. Tittle: Business plan of Sport in Prague. Goals: The goal of this thesis is mainly create a kvality business plan of project Sport in Prague, which do business in tourism in Prague. And also show, i fis profitable to develop activities and in which direction. Methods: Business plan is based on the research literature on this issue. In this thesis has been used several methods that make the work achieved its goals. The main method was chosen questionnaire, which was conducted through direct interviews of random tourists in Prague. Other methods included in the work are the analysis of incoming tourism, competition analysis and financial analysis. Results: There were created several analyzes in this thesis. Their results show that the project can be profitable, and it makes sense to continue working. It was found what the services should be eliminated and which should be encouraged. Title: Comparison of subsidies in sport and physical education in Pardubice and Hradec Kralove in 2014 Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis verifies the functioning of the redistribution mechanisms, which redistribute public funds in the sport field, as one of the areas to which funds from public budgets are directing. The partial aim of the thesis makes the financial expenditures and the structure in sport and physical education out of the public budgets in the Czech Republic in 2014 clear. Another of the partial Objectives of the work determines, above all by describing the analysis of specific subsidy expenditures on sport from municipal budgets and SWOT analysis, the amount of the total expenditure on sport in both cities and finding possible pitfalls of financing. Methods: Descriptive analysis methods, which draw on the main part of the analysis of secondary sources (data), are used in the thesis.
