Control of house heating
Hnyk, Marek ; Šandera, Josef (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of the final thesis is a proposal and implementation of a system which would enable a heating control on the basis of data gathered by monitoring of particular rooms inside a building. In particular, it is focused on water measurement within the heating system, TUV (non-potable hot water) and the temperature within the space of residential rooms. The system headquarters must enable an automated saving of the measured data. Selected temperature figures will be made accessible by a web interface and continuously saved on the web server.
Programmable I/O control module for driving electrical machines
Jež, Roman ; Šandera, Josef (referee) ; Stehlík, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with design and realization device intended for control of procesess in automation. The general aim is design and development of device containing digital inputs, digital outputs, analog outputs, LCD display and keyboard communicating with standard elements in automation. This device use serial line RS232 for communication with aplication executed in program Control Web 2000.
The influences of age and storage on thick film amperometric sensor response
Kovařík, Lukáš ; Šandera, Josef (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
This project solve problematic of ageing and storing influence on ameprometric sensors produced with thick film technology and their output response. There are decribed aspects that affect the respons, overview of electrochemical analyze, description of thick film technology and results of measurememt. They are published measured data and concluded the use of thick layer electrochemical sensors.
Audio preamplifier with input selector
Starčok, Tomáš ; Adámek, Martin (referee) ; Šandera, Josef (advisor)
This thesis deal with the audio preamplifier with input selector. It describes all designed parts of this device. It selects and describes all suitable components. Describes the whole process of electronics design in this device. Then describes the design, manufacture, assembling and testing of the PCB. In conclusion it shows the achieved results and electrical parameters of the device.
Properties of metal layers realized with vapour deposition
Milichovský, Miloš ; Švecová, Olga (referee) ; Šandera, Josef (advisor)
This work deals with vacuum evaporation of metals, basic principles of this technology and exploring the properties of the resulting layer. It describes how vacuum evaporation works and its individual parts. The main part deals with evaporation of copper and other substances and the conductivity of the resulting film in relation to its thickness. As a parameter for measuring substrate temperature is specified.
Electronic attendance system
Valent, Adam ; Levek, Vladimír (referee) ; Šandera, Josef (advisor)
The goal of the bachelor thesis “Electronic Attendance System” is create a full-featured interactive and modern attendance system with web page, server and database. Employees will be able to create attendance records by attaching the RFID chip to hardware part of an attendance system. Database records will be possible to browse, edit end export to a CSV file.
Planar Circuits Elements on Low Temperature Cofired Ceramics
Kosina, Petr ; Dřímal, Jiří (referee) ; Kolařík, Vladimír (referee) ; Šandera, Josef (advisor)
The present work deals with the design and manufacturing of 3D structures in LTCC (Low Temperatue Cofired Ceramics) technology. To use this technology LTCC workplaces have been designed and technological processes for high quality reproducible production were suggested. Technological possibilities of low temperature co-fired ceramics were demonstrated in the design and manufacturing of pressure sensors, electrode systems for ozone generators, planar circuit elements (coils and transformers) and in the design a special package for middle-power terahertz modulator. Design of selected parts of respective devices was proved by simulations in COMSOL Multiphysics. The work provides new insights into the structure of power integrated circuits sleeves and structure of electrode systems for different types of electrical discharges. Results of this work can contribute significantly in the application of planar circuit elements, in the development of different types of sensors, in the design of atypical types of packaging or in the design of electrode systems for capacitive coupled electrical discharges.
Modern Assembly for Microelectronic and Electronic Modules
Janík, Pavel ; Švecová, Olga (referee) ; Šandera, Josef (advisor)
Project is focused on describe modern assembly of microelectronic and electronic modules in electronic devices. Sense of the project is analyse reliability and inadequacies electronic devices assembled by modern technogies. Inadequacies modern technologies are impulse for design, implementation and testing new our way of assembly microelectronic modules. Main kind of materials which are used in this project are ceramics Al2O3 and printed circuit board FR4.
Reliability of Lead-free Solders and the Selected Methods to Estimate its Lifetime
Švecová, Olga ; Kolařík, Vladimír (referee) ; Urbánek,, Jan (referee) ; Šandera, Josef (advisor)
The doctoral thesis is focused on reliability of lead-free solder SAC 305. Knowledge in the field of fatigue models used in determining the lifetime of solder joints are observed in this thesis. Also such methods of predicting reliability as numerically-analytical methods or reliability experimental tests are mentioned. Practical results of reliability measurement are presented. Experimental data served as the foundation for determining empirical coefficients for the fatigue model based on deformation induced by creep of the solder, which was implemented in the ANSYS environment. Results from different methods were compared and conclusions discussing the suitability of the presented prediction methods are formulated.
Thermomechanical Stress of Lead Free Solder Joint
Libich, Jiří ; Šandera, Josef (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the reliability of lead-free solder joints at a different interconnection structures. The first goal is to design the test cases shape BGA (FC) for testing the strength of lead-free solder joints at shear test in link with design of measuring method to detection shear strength during isothermal aging of lead-free solder joints. Following this shear stressing is investigating influence material and process compatibility, ie. pads finishing, material of solder and integrate of temperature (this mean thermal energy supplied during soldering) to lead-free solder joint strength.
