Relationship of the founder and director of pre-primary education in the Pilsen region.

The Diploma thesis dealing with the relation between a founder and a director of pre-school education management in the Pilsen region, aims to evaluate a system of kindergartens, which are independent contributory organizations and whose founder is a municipality. To find out what competences the founder has in relation to a kindergarten, in which spheres the founder cooperates with a director. How the founder evaluates director's work, if he does control activities and if he works with outputs of the control bodies, especially the Czech School Inspectorate.To find out what the competences of a kindergarten director are, whether he is supported by the founder or not. To find out how the cooperation between the founders and the directors of kindergartens is evaluated by inspectors of the Czech School Inspectorate who are specialized in pre-primary education and work in the Pilsen Inspectorate of the ČSI. Tender for the academic staff at the university

The bachelor thesis deals with the description of the selection process for an academic at the university. In the theoretical part, the reader will familiarize with the personnel activities in the organization, including the recruitment of job seekers, pre-selection and selection of workers. This part of the thesis describes the methods of employee selection and the stage of the personnel selection process. The work also defines a college (university) and specifies an academic worker - a college worker. The research part of the thesis focuses on a detailed assessment of the selection process for university graduates. The research was carried out on a sample of public universities in the Czech Republic. Interviews were held with the staff responsible for the selection process at universities (Personnel Department staff). Further knowledge on this issue was gained through direct participation in the selection process for academic staff taking place at some universities. Evaluation of the academic educational system focusing on education of students with special needs

Diploma thesis deals with education and development of students with special educational needs in tertiary education. The aim of the thesis is to analyze documents that are related to education of people with special needs and to compare a supporting system setting at individual universities. The thesis is based not only on professional literature knowledge, both world and Czech, but also on a research that has been done at chosen universities. The research part includes content analysis, which systematically describes contents of special education documents, and compares the supporting system setting at selected universities, which is extended by interviews with the head workers of consulting centers. Development and education of teachers in the pre-primary education system

The diploma thesis devoted to "Development and education of teachers of pre-primary education system" examines the needs of pedagogical education and other possibilities of education of pedagogical staff of pre-primary education. The thesis deals with the development of professional and competence skills that are applicable in the pre-primary education system. The thesis deals with the legislative requirements for the education of future teachers, which is adequate for full use. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the system of the pre-primary education required by the system of education and to compare it with the requirements of the real needs of the pre-primary education activities of the educator in order to prepare for education with the help of their competence skills. Asked research questions are whether the theoretical and practical knowledge gained by the required study is sufficient according to the teachers' views for the performance of a novice pre-primary educator, whether pre-primary educators are trying to engage in further education and what types of courses are used by pre-primary teachers. Quality Ensuring of Universities in the Czech Republic Through Evaluation of the Educational Activities

This diploma thesis concerns with issues of evaluation and systemic procuring of educational activities of universities in the Czech Republic. It defines status of universities in the framework of educational system, their classification according to the type of providing curriculum and submission of actual overview regarding to the universities which operate in the Czech Republic in the present day. It provides view to the world rankings, their history and position of Czech universities in them. Further, it clarifies the term of evaluation in education and the difference between inner and outer evaluation. At the same time, it introduces the activity of the National Accreditation Bureau for Higher Education and its distinction from antecedent Committee of Accreditation. The empirical research of this diploma thesis is concentrated on revealing the advantages and disadvantages of the setting in the actual system of the quality of educational activities in the Czech universities. Everything mentioned is possible thanks to using the content analysis of inner documents from selected universities dealing with the problems of evaluation and setting the inner systems ensuring the quality of educational activities.
