Study Logistic Concept in Manufacturing Company

The thesis is focused on the implementation of kanban system in the company Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the principles of logistics, lean production and inventory management, including their basic tools and methods. In the practical part of the thesis, Daikin Device Czech Republic Ltd. is introduced, where the analysis of the current state of supply logistics in the production hall is performed. Based on the analysis is designed kanban system including the way of its implementation. Furthermore, the risks of kanban system implementation are analyzed. Finally, the economic and uneconomic benefits of the kanban system for the company are evaluated.
SAP Implementation Study with Focus on Purchasing

This master thesis is focusing on SAP implementation within purchase department. In thesis will be compared currently used ERP system Helios Orange and newly proposed SAP. As next will be described implementation project step by step. Also will be mentioned problems which can occur during implementation and can have direct impact on purchase department. In last chapter will described material cut-off of both systems with as minimal impact as possible on continuous production process.
Designing and Managing Production Tasks with a View to Delivering to Customers

This bachelor thesis focuses on design of the process of planning requirements and deliveries to customers at workplace in selected company. The subject is Daikin Device Czech Republic Ltd., which operates on heating and air-conditioning devices market. This work is divided into three parts. The content of thesis is an analysis of the current condition of planning requirements and deliveries to the customers, selection of theoretical knowledge for achievement of the goal and the proposal of a new procedure of planning deliveries to the customers.
Consumer protection in arbitration

Arbitration is generally accepted as extremely fast and efficient way for alternative dispute resolution. But many experts did not consider it an appropriate or even legal instrument for resolution of disputes arising from consumer obligations. Therefore, in my rigorous thesis I analyze existing legal regulation of arbitration in consumer cases in the Czech Republic. I work primarily with the most discussed issues of regulation and their answer of professional public or interpretative judgment of the Supreme Court. Then I provide comparison often very different approaches to different aspects of regulation of arbitration that are included in foreign jurisdictions. Based on these established facts, then I critically assess the proposed legislative changes impacting on the investigated area. This rigorous thesis should include a balanced view of the current legal and factual situation of a Czech arbitration of disputes in consumer contracts. Description of the legislation would not be complete without the considerations de lege ferenda and evaluation of major trends, which would consumer protection in arbitration, could evolve in the future.
Implementation of protocol NCIP to information system
This work tries to describe the possibility of implementation of Protocol NISO Circula-tion Interchange Protocol. In the theoretical part will be mentioned the history, structure and importance of the protocol. There will also be mentioned the mark-up language XML and protocol HTTP. In the practical part will be created application in C # which com-municates through NCIP protocol. The XML processing ensures XmlSerializer class. For testing will be modified NCIP V2 Dummy Responder, which uses Java XC NCIP Toolkit.
Meteorological Station with PC Connection

This bachelor thesis deals with constructing of meteorological station connected to PC via USB interface. The goal of the work is to design, construct and programme the meteorological station, which measures values of temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure. The core of the meteorological station is programmable microcontroller connected to sensors measuring the variables. The values of the variables are stored in database and can be depicted as a graph using graphical user interface. Collecting of data in the database is provided by daemon running in the background. The first part of the thesis is focused on theory of measurement of meteorological values. The second part of the thesis describes the design of the connection of the meteorological station. The next chapter deals with communication between the microcontroller, sensors and computer. Software solution of the microcontroller, graphical user interface and the daemon providing data transfer to the database is in the last part of the thesis.
Comparison of cataloging information systems Clavius and Tritius
This work tries to describe information systems Clavius and Tritius. Also, there trying to delineate the issue bibliographic MARC21, UNIMARC and Bibframe. With this knowledge was created an application for the transfer of records between Clavius and Tritius. Specifically, between MARC21 and UNIMARC formats.
