Management of extraordinary events in the competence of the Police of Czech Republic

This diploma thesis discusses the handling of the emergency events within the competence of the police of the Czech Republic with a focus on the deployment of the newly created position of the police incident commander. In the first part of the work, an emergency event is defined; the history and reasons for the creation of the police incident commander and the method of command at the scene of an emergency situation are discussed. In the practical part, qualitative research is carried out using structured interviews with the commanders of the basic serviced of the integrated rescue system in capital city Prague. Subsequently, a case report is made by analyzing two selected extraordinary events. At the end, a questionnaire survey focused on the knowledge about the police incident commander by file members of the basic services of the integrated rescue services.

Práce popisuje hlavní principy a myšlenky guerrilla marketingu, jeho různé styly a odnože a rozdíly oproti marketingu tradičnímu. Důraz je kladen na rozdílnost přístupu a stylu myšlení. Součástí jsou i aplikace jednotlivých myšlenek nebo nástrojů guerrilla marketingu na reálné nebo hypotetické situace, doplněné rozborem případových studií.
