Monitoring the influence of concrete composition on abrasion resistance
Černá, Hana ; Novosad, Petr (referee) ; Bodnárová, Lenka (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the resistance of concrete to abrasion with regard to the raw materials used for their production. In the theoretical part of the thesis are described admixtures, different types of aggregate and aggregate composition which influence the resistance of concrete to abrasion. In the experimental part, 15 different C30 / 37, S4 concrete formulations were proposed. Different types of aggregates - fecal gravel (Žabčice), biotic granodiorite (Olbramovice) and amphibolite (Želešice) have always been used in the recipes. Fine ground limestone, micro-silica, high-temperature fly ash and finely ground slag were ingredients that were added to the proposed recipes. Consistency was determined by the method of cone seating and the density of fresh concrete. In the hardened state, concrete density, compressive strength, bending tensile strength, tensile strength, watertightness, concrete absorption, and abrasion resistance were determined using the Böhm method and wide wheel method. The test specimens were tested after 7, 28, and 90 days of maturation.

Mortar with alkali-activated matrix
Černá, Hana ; Hela, Rudolf (referee) ; Bodnárová, Lenka (advisor)
The thesis addresses the issue of alkali-activated materials and their manufacturing components. In the theoretical part the description of such materials is provided and the requirements for source materials are defined. The theoretical part further addresses the resistance of alkali-activated materials and their lifespan - namely sulphate resistance, chloride resistance, acid resistance, frost resistance, porosity, carbonation, resistance, abrasion resistance and heat resistance. The experimental part of the thesis focuses on compounding four different mixtures of alkali-activated materials. In the loosened stage, the weight was measured. In the hardened stage the weight was measured as well as the tensile strength when bending, the strength under pressure applied, heat resistance, water and defrosting chemicals resistance and formation of cracks.
Apoptosis and its role in selected human diseases
Černá, Hana ; Kvasničková, Eva (advisor) ; Zemanová, Lucie (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biochemical Sciences Candidate: Hana âerná Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Eva Kvasniãková, CSc. Title of diploma thesis: Apoptosis and its role in selected human diseases Apoptosis, which represents a specific form of programmed cell death, is an essential physiological process. It is very important for the organism's developement and for the maintenance of tissue homeostasis. It is a highly regulated process that is always triggered by a definite signal. This signal activates specific apoptotic pathways, a series of mechanisms that subsequently lead to cellular decline. The dysregulation of apoptosis is associated with a variety of pathological conditions such as cancer, some disorders of the immunty system or of the cardiovascular system, or neurological diseases. To the last mentioned belong neurodegenerative disorders that are characteristic of the decline of selective neuronal populations. Examples of these are Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Although its pathogenesis is still not fully elucidated, many studies indicate that the loss of neurons could be tightly related to excessive apoptotic activity. In spite of some discrepancies apoptosis can therefore be expected to an important part of the pathogenesis of these...
Differences and Similarities between TSTS Model Therapy and Supervision.
Kubicová Černá, Hedvika ; Brnula, Peter (advisor) ; Havrdová, Zuzana (referee)
Bc. Hedvika Kubicová Černá UK FHS Fakulta humanitních studií 42245792 Abstract This thesis is focused on the application boundaries of the transformation systemic therapy in supervision. The review section describes the general background of the Satir model and the basis of therapy theory and supervision theory. It deals with the general level of therapy and supervision boundaries. The methodological part includes a description of the grounded theory used to obtain data from informants, supervisors working according to the TSTS model. In addition, a supplementary questionnaire quantitative survey was used to determine how supervisants who got an experience with therapy perceive the boundaries between the therapy and the supervision. The analytical part starts with providing the insight into how supervisors educated in the Growth model understand the differentiation of therapy and supervision boundaries and how they use the TSTS techniques. Further it is supplemented with our findings as to what supervisants expect to gain in supervision, and which methods they refuse and consider to cross the boundary between the therapy and supervision. The asked questions have been aimed at specific aspects of techniques used in the Satir model. Our objective has been to describe which techniques and methods originally...

Černá, Helena ; Přívratský, Vladimír (advisor) ; Pavlasová, Lenka (referee)
Bachelor thesis Urolithiasis and the influence of dietary habits on human society aims to find out everything about the disease, called urolithiasis. It occurs in humans, but can occur even in animals. Therefore, it is conceived as a natural and medical aspects are not decisive. Urolithiasis affects the urinary tract and renal parenchyma mainly, because the work is in the theoretical part focused first on the general exclusion, which in this work are inherent. It also deals with urolithiasis, since its first references in the literature to the present. How and why it arises, its prevention, causes and etiopathogenetic factors affecting incidence. It occurs in all age groups, without exception, human races and on all continents. In the final phase of the work addresses the investigation, whose aim is to find out what sex is more susceptible to the disease, which age group is more at risk, which increases the risk of job creation and last, the survey focused on respondents and their eating habits. Proper diet, which is meant compliance with dietary habits, insufficient fluid intake and avoidance of different stress conditions is one of the most important factors that have a positive impact on the incidence of urolithiasis.
