Comparison of Experimental Heat Capacity Data of Ionic Liquids with Prediction Methods and Advanced Data Analysis
Čanji, Maja
The aim of this work is a comparison of experimental heat capacity data for a series of 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium saccharinate ionic liquids (alkyl=butyl, hexyl, octyl, and decyl) obtained by differential scanning calorimetry with heat capacity calculated by several group contribution methods and an in silico method based on COSMO-RS1–4.

Analyzing the Experimental Thermodynamic Data for Ionic Liquids and their Study as Thermal Energy Storage Materials.
Čanji, Maja
The aim of this work is to characterize a series of 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium saccharinate ionic liquids (alkyl standing for butyl, hexyl, octyl, and decyl), analyze the experimental data, and assess their potential application in thermal energy storage.\n

Thermodynamic Properties of Saccharinate-based Ionic Liquids: Comparison of Experimental Data to a Prediction by Means of COSMO-RS.
Čanji, Maja
In the present contribution, density of 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium saccharinates (n = 4, 6, 8, 10) and isobaric heat capacity for 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium saccharinate were measured in this work for a basic characterization of the studied ionic liquids.

Solute-Solvent Interaction in Systems of Ionic Liquids with Molecular Solvents.
Čanji, Maja
The goal of this study was to understand the interactions of ions and their interaction with molecular solvents such as water, methanol, acetone, etc. Saccharinate is a natural nontoxic anion, contributing to a relatively high viscosity of the ionic liquid. Application of highly viscous ILs can be difficult and can be overcome by mixing with some molecular solvents.
