Activation of sponsoring in softball club in Prague

Title: Activation of sponsorship in softball club in Prague Objectives: The aim of this work is to activate sponsorship in a softball club in Prague by creating four personalised sponsoring offers for the preselected companies. These offers will be created based on analysis of current state of the club sponsorship and possible benefits the club could offer. Methods: The paper will use qualitative research methods. Firstly, the paper will be focused on analysis of the current state of sponsorship in the club using a qualitative interview with the general manager of the club and short interviews with the current sponsoring companies about their satisfaction. Afterwards, a list of possible benefits for the sponsors will be provided using data from an interview with a sponsoring specialist and the interviews with sponsors. Based on the list and the information collected during the interviews the personalised sponsorship offers will be designed. Results: Results from the executed research and the analysis of current state of the sponsorship in the club provided starting points for the creation of personalised sponsorship activation offers for chosen companies. Activation of RunTour running series sponsorship

Title: Activation of RunTour running series sponsorship Objectives: The main purpose of this master thesis is to create suggestions and recommendations for the future sponsorship activation of selected RunTour partners, as a follow-up on the presentation and analysis of their activation in 2018. As a secondary objective can be considered the systematic processing of sponsorship activation, which Czech literature still does not offer. Methods: In methodological terms, a case study was chosen that draws on observation of the author at the RunTour running races and especially on interviews with competent representatives of selected partners. Document analysis and interview with the event organizer were used to analyse the running series and sponsoring companies profile. Results: Given the descriptive nature of the research, it is not easy to summarize the results of the thesis. However, it can be stated that all three selected partner companies are aware of the importance of the sponsorship activation and have been clearly open to suggestions and recommendations of the author. Title: Volunteering as an allocation of human resources in sports organizations Objectives: The objective of the thesis is to recommend the most suitable Belbin roles for job positions in sports organizations based on knowledge from research and literature. Methods: The thesis uses qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research will take place in the form of dialogue and subsequent discussion of the Focus Group with representatives of sports organizations. 9 respondents will participate in this group discussion. Quantitative research is conducted among volunteers in sports organizations through electronic surveys and the Click4Survey tool. The Belbin test is part of the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey includes a sample of 305 respondents. Results: The results of qualitative research show that the positions offered to volunteers include the positions of administrative worker, assistant, supervisor, organizer and coach. The results of quantitative research show that the most represented role in volunteers, according to Belbin's typology, is the role of the Implementer. Title: Perception of social media by fans of czech first football league clubs Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to find out how fans perceive the communication of Czech football clubs on social media. Methods: The main method used in the research was electronic survey conducted on social media networks. Also an analysis of the current communication was conducted using secondary data in order to put the subsequent interpretation into context. Results: The data obtained from the questionnaire provided a general view of how fans perceive marketing communication on social networks of Czech football clubs. The distribution of socio-demographic features corresponds to the reality on social networks and therefore it was possible to draw generally valid conclusions. The research showed that a significant proportion of fans follow several clubs at the same time. It also confirmed that all types of outlets have a large audience and therefore it is important to stay with them. Networks have a big influence on a fan's relationship with a club and also on their purchasing decisions. Management of a selected professional basketball club in the Czech Republic

Title: Management of a selected professional basketball club in the Czech Republic Objectives: The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyze internally a selected professional basketball club and to reveal the key points that have an impact on the club's management. Then, to elaborate on this to make recommendations for the club to effectively improve its leadership. Methods: The research included an analysis of the internal environment according to the McKinsey 7S framework. Secondary and primary data were used to compile the analysis. Primary data were obtained from semi-structured interviews. Based on this information, recommendations were made on what the club should improve for its future operations. Results: Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that the club has a well-set structure and shared values. From the interviews conducted, it was found that all employees in the club are familiar with the same values in the club and that everyone knows what position they hold and who they report to. The lack of technology used in communication and very low development of employees' job skills were identified as a problem. The club does not provide any form of self-development for its employees. Title: Marketing Communication of a Surfing Club Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare recommendations for the marketing communication of the specified surfing club. Methods: Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used in this work. These included an online survey method, followed by semi-structured interviews with a member of the club's management. Results: The analysis of the club revealed that the current marketing communication is not structured and does not have clearly defined objectives. The result of this work are recommendations aimed at overall improvement of the club's marketing communication, thereby assisting the club in its growth and maintenance of its position as the primary non-profit organization in the Czech surfing environment. The recommendations are primarily focused on creating comprehensive and regular marketing communication for the club. Title: Rebranding of a selected sports company Objectives: The work's objective is to develop a partial rebranding of Flyboard.cz company. Methods: Qualitative research methods were used in this thesis. More precisely, in-depth interviews with the owner of the company, Mr. Filip Mentzl and the managing director of the company, Mr. Štefun Hornik were utilized. Furthermore, an analysis of internal documents, existing elements of Flyboard.cz and all communication channels of the company and its main competitors on the water sports market was conducted. Results: The result of this thesis is a partial rebranding of Flyboard.cz and its main communication channels. These include the website and social networks Facebook and Instagram. Title: Rebranding of the sport clubs in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of the work is to draw up recommendations for clubs planning rebranding. The recommendations will be drawn up on the basis of an analysis of the rebranding of the clubs examined - AC Sparta Praha and HC Dynamo Pardubice. The analysis is focused on how the clubs AC Sparta Praha and HC Dynamo Pardubice exploited the potential of rebranding. Methods: Methods of qualitative research were used in this work. The method of in-depth interview in the form of a semi-structured interview was used to find out information on brand changes of the clubs studied. The method of case studies was used for a more detailed overview of the topic of rebranding. The case studies of rebranding of foreign clubs were used in this work. The case studies of the clubs studied were also created. Another method was the analysis of documents, which ensured the reliability and validity of information on the topic of rebranding. The last method was the discussion in the focus group with experts and fans. This method was used to gain a better understanding of the issue, to gain further information and different attitudes, views and opinions on rebranding.
