Sprinter's training
Ptáčníková, Hana ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Červinka, Pavel (referee)
Title: Sprinter's training Objectives: Determine the dynamics of performance and assess training load in the stage of specialized training. Try to find out why the training load contributed to the expected growth performance in the periods 2009 - 2010 and 2012 - 2013 and that the training load was consistent with model values. Methods: In the thesis I used the method of content analysis, comparative method, a method of self-reflection, self-analysis and objectification. Results: In performance analysis, we found out that the highest efficiency in running the 100m was achieved in 2012 and running the 200 m in 2009. Values of training load comparing to model values are average or below average, only the speed endurance values were above average. The main reason for the decline in performance in 2009 - 2010 and 2012 - 2013 were health problems as a result of lack of regeneration and psychological problems arising from unfulfilled performance aspirations. Keywords: athletics, sprint, special stage sprint training, performance development
Performance progression and training for heptathlon
Komínková, Linda ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Performance progression and training for heptathlon Objectives: This bachelor thesis deals with my personal performance progression and training in basic and special period of heptathlete training. We will evaluate my own training plans from year 2003 to year 2010. Tasks: The aim of this work is to evaluate and to judge my personal performance development. From the analysis of my training plans we want to find out the cause of my early stagnation and decreasing performance in athletic heptathlon. Methods: This work uses methods of analysis and comparison. Results: We found that the highest performance was when I was fifteen. Early performance stagnation in 2008-2009 was caused by unsystematic training and too week training impulses in view of previous years. The next decrease performance in 2009-20010 was due to low training load and loss of weight. Keywords: athletic heptathlon, basic and special period of heptathelete training, performance progression, stagnation and decreasing performance
Analysis of the training load of the Czech record holder in distance 2000 - 5000 m
Švecová, Anna ; Červinka, Pavel (advisor) ; Semerád, Miroslav (referee)
Title: Analysis of training resources of a Czech recordholder on 2 000 - 5 000 m Elaborated: Anna Svecova Supervisor: RNDr., PaedDr. Pavel Cervinka, Ph.D. Aims: The main goal of this work is analysis of training resources of professional runner specialized in 2 000 - 5 000 m long distance runs in years of 2013-2015. A partial goal is comparation of special training indicators individually in every year. Methods of work: Bacalory work is based in method of analysis of training diaries. Diaries were borrowed from RNDr., PaedDR Pavla Červinky, Ph.D. The data obtained were compared with professional literature. Results: The bachelor's thesis proved that the performance of female runners was influenced by training means, especially in the area of general endurance of the third type and in special endurance. Key words: training load, female athletes, analysis of the trainign load, Czech record holder
Analysis of the training load and the performance development of the female runners at the stage of specialized training
Franková, Aneta ; Červinka, Pavel (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: Analysis of the training load and the performance development of the female runner athlete stage of specialized training. Aims: The main aim of this thesis was the analysis of the training load of female runner athlete sage of specialized training in three preparatory periods 2012-2015. Then compare them to professional literature dealing with given theme, answer research questions and formulate conclusions. Methods of work: This thesis was created using content analysis method from three preparation periods and the professional literature. For the mutual comparison and comparison with professional literature was used comparative method. Results: Preparation compare to professional literature have bigger volume of work to the detriment of intense. Training was adequate to age, heading towards performance development and in the area of special preparation does not exceed recommended model characteristics. The biggest reserve is in area of regeneration and speed conditioning. Key words: training load, performance development, stage of specialized training
