Title A business plan proposal for a confectionery Abstract The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a luxury confectionery Carpe Culinam in the centre of Prague. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of basic concepts related to entrepreneurship and business plan, legal forms of the enterprise and specifics of marketing in gastronomy, and explains the theories of marketing mix extended Ps, SWOT and PEST analysis. The practical part applies the theoretical knowledge to a specific business plan. It includes a detailed description of the business, an industry analysis, production, marketing, organisational and financial plans, a timeline and a risk assessment. Each of these sections is detailed to provide the most comprehensive view of the planned business. The financial plan details the initial investment and the projected profit and loss account, providing a clear overview of the financial aspects of the business. In the conclusion of the paper, the business plan is presented as a tool that could serve as a basis for the establishment and operation of a luxury pastry shop, Carpe Culinam. The bachelor thesis deals with the business plan. The aim of the work is to create a business plan, specifically to open a new confectionery. The main goal is to assess whether the opening of Láska is realistic. Another goal is to find out what finances will be needed to open and operate. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to the issue. To write the theoretical part, the study of professional literature and experience gained from studying at the University of South Bohemia is used. The practical part deals with a specific business plan, containing a description of products, customers and competitors. Calculations of individual products are also processed. Our own experience, a structured interview with the owner of the café and a structured questionnaire are used to process the practical part. A SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
Business model of a selected start-up company

The main goal of this thesis is to create a business model in a fitness industry. This model serves as a support for creation and operation of the potential fitness. "Let's go together" model is presented in the practical part, based on a newly acquired information summarized in the theoretical part of this thesis. As a part of this model, the analysis of the internal and external market environment has been performed using analytical tool SWOT analysis. The analysis identifies strengths and weaknesses, and what is threats and opportunities in the area. The practical part also contain a research and an outcome of a survey focused on potential clients of the firm. Based on the created business model, the firm doesn't appears to be feasible and sustainable, therefore it is not worthwhile to implement the project.

The theoretical part focuses on the general characteristics of a small company, its importance to the national economy and the terms and structure of the plan at its inception. The practical part deals with creating a business plan for a real project that will have a major operation to sell their products and services. Mapping the competition in the industry, customer structure, the financial aspects of the project, grant opportunities in business. The work ends with conclusions and recommendations that may in the future contribute to the establishment and development of the project.

Hairdresser’s will be operated as a business of a natural person. The design of the entire business plan is based on theoretical knowledge, processed analyzes of the external and internal environment and on its own marketing research. Business model is based on a selected strategy that will meet customers’ needs and generate profit.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for establishing a bistro. In the beginning the thesis deals with entrepreneurship in general, with business plan requirements, and then with the business plan itself, based on the study of expert literature. Part of the plan is an analysis of the internal and external environment, financial plan and marketing plan. The conclusion of the thesis is whether the establishment of the bistro is feasible, cost-effective and financially sustainable. The thesis should be a basis and support in the implementation of this business plan.

The goal is to process the available data and documents for business start-ups in collective accommodation services. The aim of this work was to determine the costs of operation and profitability of the operation of a new accommodation facility. In the theoretical part, I focused on business in general - what are the conditions for business, trade and the establishment of a company - then what features should have a successful businessman. The main content of the theoretical part is a description and content side of the business plan - what it should contain. In the practical part, the data for the analysis of industry and market examined both from own research and from the statistical tables published on the website of the Czech Statistical Office. There are taken into account various aspects that may affect the business. The work analyze local competition and it found that there is a large number of guest houses and hotels, but lack sufficient accommodation places in dormitory type devices. The marketing plan is developed, so that is not too expensive, but to hit as many target customers as possible. It also assess the potential risks to the business and their actions, strengths and weaknesses, and as well as eg. a turning point what shows how many customers will make profitable business. The financing plan is developer with three variants of the number of guests and potential profits. The conclusion was drawn to the fact that this area of business appears to be fairly uncertain and should consider whether to realize the plan.

Bachelor's thesis focuses on creation of business plan. It consists of theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part concerns about possibilities of use of business plan, about creation technique, and about its structure. Every single part of the structure is briefly described. In the second part, there is an application of knowledge from the first part and a business plan for antique paving business is made. Content of the practical part is a description of all essential facts related to the particular business field and goals that the company wants to achieve. The crucial part is a financial plan, where there is an insight into the money issue. At the end, there is a risk analysis of the business plan. The goal of the practical part is to evaluate the feasibility of the plan.
