Private schools in the primary education system: case study of the Karlovy Vary Region

This diploma thesis focuses on private primary in the Karlovy Vary Region. It is a case study whose main aim is to present private primary schools in the context of the development of private schools at the national level. It looks at the trend of recent years, when there has been an increase in private schools across the regions of the Czech Republic. The thesis is based on secondary data obtained from relevant documents related to private education and from the known evidence available in the country. It presents the facts about private primary schools from the perspective of various authors who primarily deal with the topic in the Czech environment. The theoretical basis of the work is based on the supply and demand for education. Attention is also paid to parents as actors who have a significant influence on the existence of private primary schools. The research part provides insights into the market of private primary education in the Karlovy Vary Region. There are introduced individual schools that have been established in the region from 1991 to the present. The aim of this thesis is to objectively evaluate the schools located in the Karlovy Vary Region based on the analysis of data on individual schools. The thesis describes all evalution methods used in the Great Britain, it also describes the current state of the property market, expert work and in the end are described in detail the methods used for the valuation of the house. In thesis attachment is an exemplar of the evalution report for a house in the Great Britain according to the standards and the methodologies used by the evaluation experts in the United Kingdom.

The bachelor thesis analyzes the influence of the economic cycle on the creation of bid prices in construction. The theoretical part defines the economic cycle, supply and demand, prices, budget and tenders for construction companies. The practical part analyzes the approach of individual subjects to the creation of offer prices by means of a questionnaire survey and guided interviews with individual consultants. Finally, the findings are summarized and recommendations are made.

This Master´s Thesis deals with the issue describing preparatory work for a construction contract submitted for a public tender. Its main objective is to demonstrate the negotiation procedure with sub-suppliers the purpose of which is to obtain more advantageous offer and the assignment of a contract. Last but not least, the thesis analyses appropriate steps leading to financial savings. The theoretical part is dedicated to the explanation of basic terms and definitions circumscribing public contracts, their contracting authorities, types of public contracts and the tendering procedure and its actions. The practical part then analyses and demonstrates on the specific example preparatory work of the contract for a public tender, its assessment and potential ways of financial savings.
Impact Analysis of Location on the Market Value of Housing Units in Selected Locations

The thesis focuses on the comparison of selected methods for valuated property type apartment. Valuating apartments are located in areas Decin, Ústí nad Labem and Most. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic terms, a description of the valuation methods associated with this dissertation and description of locations for the sites in terms of historical, cultural, social and economic. The practical part was to prepare drawings of assessed residential units and subsequent determination of prices of selected valuation methods – comparative method price by 2014 and 2015, by direct comparison and revenue method. In conclusion, the comparison of prices, according to the valuation method sused.
