Možnosti využití technologie automatizovaných obchodních systémů v oblasti pasivního příjmu podniku

For several decades, forex trading has been connected with large part of the population. With the development of technology, this type of trading is becoming easier and possibility of this kind of investing is easier too. Automated trading systems in the forex market are still in their infancy, but it is already known that it is possible to make financial income through their use. The main aim of this thesis is to gain insight into the profitability of investing in an automated trading system on the forex market and analyse whether the appreciation of financial capital is sufficient to be used as a financial reserve in the event of a failure of the firm's fixed income. The paper concludes by establishing the attitude of the real enter-prise towards this investment.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic situation of the company Agro Záblatí, a.s. on the basis of the provided accounting reports and information. The theoretical part defines the basic characteristics of the agribusiness environment and enterprises, including their classification and specifics of agricultural enterprises. The practical part focuses on the financial analysis of Agro Záblatí, a.s. Horizontal analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss, vertical analysis of balance sheet, ratio analysis are used to analyze the situation of the enterprise. The results of the analysis are then evaluated, commented in the context of the situation in the industry and based on them recommendations for future years are proposed.

The master’s thesis deals with the crisis management of an enterprise oper-ating in the energy sector as a supplier of electricity and natural gas. The aim of the thesis is to identify and quantify the impact of the current energy crisis and related legislative regulations on the company's management through risk man-agement tools, crisis management, analysis of the company's external and internal environment. Subsequently, measures will be proposed to reduce the impact of the crisis and to adjust the company's future activities with regard to possible fu-ture market scenarios.
Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Selected Institution

The key goal of the diploma thesis is to propose measures for developing the key activities of the chosen organization using the support of digital technologies, based on the theoretical research and the performed analyses. The output of this work is a proposal for changes to the concept of human resources management in this organization. The work is divided into three parts, consisting of a theoretical, analytical and design part, where recommendations are developed based on the knowledge obtained from the performed analyses. The theoretical part of this work deals with education and human resource management in this area, in the analytical part the work will then focus on the benefits and undesirable effects of digitization and on how a specific school in Lomnica behaved during the pandemic. The starting point is the design part, which suggests procedures for the development of the organization's human resources concept in the event that it is again forced to switch to distance learning using new digital tools. PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey were mainly used to create the design part.

In thetheoretical part, the theoretical framework is defined based on a literature search. The practical part consists of a problem analysis (financial analysis of the enterprise) and a proposed solution to the problem, which includes a proposal for the developed software application and recommendations for the enterprise based on the financial analysis. The software application should then make the enterprise more efficient and faster in creating the financial analysis.

Konkrétněji byl navržen podnikatelský plán pro připravovanou společnost s názvem CBDlevnecz, která se specializuje na B2B a CBD (Technické konopí) model eshopu. První část je věnována teoretickým východiskům, která zahrnují vysvětlení klíčových slov a témat, která jsou potřebná pro vypracování praktické části bakalářské práce. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu a vlastní návrh řešení. Metody a nástroje, které jsou pro analýzu použity, jsou například PESTLE analýza nebo Porterova analýza pěti sil.
Customer satisfaction of the selected business entity

The subject of this work is to conduct a customer satisfaction analysis of a particular business and its subsequent practical application. The aim is to become familiar with the subject under investigation, its customers, identify the shortcomings perceived by customers and propose possible solutions. The first part involves a literature review of basic concepts necessary for the topic, and the second part of the work contains the research methods used, the process by which the questionnaire was compiled and subsequently presented to respondents. This is followed by the actual survey of customer satisfaction in the selected business, through which the necessary data was obtained for subsequent analysis, results deduction, and proposal of solutions for increasing customer satisfaction. A total of 240 respondents completed the questionnaire. Respondents who indicated they visit the restaurant met the representativeness of the data collection sample, which was calculated using the test of goodness of fit. The Net Promoter Score methodology was used to determine the respondents' rating of the business. The evaluation brought a result considered good. Further research showed that there is generally a positive evaluation of the business. Most customers request a more diverse menu offering. On the other hand, respondents who do not visit the business do so due to their lack of familiarity with it. Steps have been proposed to increase customer satisfaction and attract new customers.
