This thesis describes the design of small apartment building in Prostějov. It is a detached building with basement. The apartment building has one basement and four above. Consists of a total of 15 residential units. On first floor are situated three flats and on second, third and fourth floor are four residential units. The building is designed of structural systém of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are from monolithic and the roof is designed as a pitched roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

Apartment building

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the town of Kunovice near Uherské Hradiště. It is a free-standing building, which is sunk into the terrain, which results from several character buildings. The building has a basement over its entire area and this part has the entire basement space, followed by 3 individuals above ground floor. The change of the floor is designed so that there are two residential units on its area, the size is then filled from the exact location on each floor, but it is possible to live in six families. All these housing units are designed in connection with the concept of an intense green roof. You can look structurally in the buildings from the point of view of a classic brick building, but the basement masonry and the internal dividing structures of this floor are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic vertical structures. The other perimeter masonry is made of precise cut ceramic faces. The character of the dividing inner load-bearing walls, inter-apartment walls is conceived from the point of view of the acoustic resistance of these parts, for this reason these constructions are solved with the help of precise acoustic shapes. The ceiling structure of the apartment building in all floors is designed as a reinforced concrete slab. The roof structure of the apartment building is designed as a flat intensive green roof with a slope of 3 %. Drainage of this structure is with the help of roof heated drains, located in the places of residential cores. The entire perimeter of the roof structure is lined with an attic, which is followed by a dominant railing. The facade of the building will be made with a double character, where the plinth part is made of facade structural paint with the character of concrete screeds, the other parts of the building will then be provided with silicone facade plaster with the given structure.

Fire station Vyškov

This thesis focuses on the design and preparation of project documentation Fire Rescue Station South Moravia, in Vyskov p.č.2472 / 1. Building design respects the city plan. It is shape and matter does not form an accent. The building is divided into three operating units on the premises standing together with garages, as well as workplace Prevention Department and the Department regional office. It has three floor and one souterrain, roof flat.

Nursery School

Master’s thesis „Nursery School" is proceed in form of project document, including all requirement according to standards and regulations. New building is located on parcel number 439/50 in city Přerov. Detached building has three floors and is partly cellarage. It is brick construction system based on packs. The roofs are flat, and constructed as single shell. Te floors are connected by prefabricated concrete staircase and by elevator. The nursery school is designed as a four departments building, with capacity of 96 children.

The target of this thesis work is design of family house with two separate building units on concrete place in Bystrice pod Hostynem. The intention is to create functional disposal solution to take account everyday working. The new building is given for family about four people and one grandparent. The emphasis is given on general visual impression and design. Building is designed from KM BETA construction system with wooden outdoor facing on the part of facade.

The subject of thesis is documentation for partial basement family house with two floors with the office. The house is situated in the village Šardice. The house is alone standing in the existing development and will serve for 4 member family. At the underground floor will located garage. At the bottom of first floor will located business – design office. In the rest of first floor and full second floor will be used for housing. The terrace is part of house, and is with access to the garden.

Detached house, Bystrice pod Hostynem

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in the village Bystrice pod Hostynem. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked com-plex that will suit the requirements of a modern four or five-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. The house is designed as a two storey, no basement and with a gabled roof. The garage for one car is structurally and functionally joined with a living area. Peripheral walls are from the SENDWIX system, which is made up of the sand-lime bricks warmed with mineral insulation of rock wool. The orientation of this house to the cardinal points is chosen according to the requirements of sunlight and the thermal comfort of separate rooms. On the south side of the house is a spacious garden which is accessible through the terrace from the living room.

Family house

The bachelor thesis deals with a detached family house solution, including a small place of business. It is designed as one-family house for its four members. There is a hairdressing salon located on the ground floor. The house has an atypical floor plan with the total area of 140 m2. There is a basement, two above-ground floors and an attic. The whole building is covered with a gabled roof with the gable to the front facade of the house. The project has been created with the help of a computer program AutoCAD.

Residential building

Main objective of my bachelor’s thesis is elaborating design documentation for performs of structures for apartment building in cadastre unit town of Velká Bíteš with almost zero consumtion. Object is located on the edge of the town in built-up area designated for living in apartment houses, on quiet flat plot number 2051. Apartment house is located on the edge of the plot and no its volume does not disrupt original charakter surrounding buildings. Object is designed like apartment house with a cellar and 3 above-ground floor containing 8 apartment units. Ground floor contains 2 apartment units and the other two floor contains 3 apartment units in each floor. 7 apartment units are designated for 3 to 4 members of families, 1 apartment unit in ground floor is designated like a accessible flat. To ensure parking space for transport is necessary to built a parking place, pedestrian walkway and space for waste storage. Structural system is wall and masonry system made from clay bricks HELUZ. Ceilings solved in the same construction system like a ¨put together¨ceilings HELUZ MIAKO with addition reinfored concrete slab in area of cantilever balcony slab and area of stairs. Roof is designed like a warm flat roof.
