The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the proposal of communication mix for the newly established tennis club based on the analytical part. Gross Tenis club Nová Ves is a club of which is the main purpose and the main activity to improve the performance of talented young tennis players and to promote sports education of young people. The work includes the theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge from the literature. The analytical part includes the analysis of contemporary market situation and the marketing research among the potential clients of the pub. The proposal part introduces own proposals of the communication mix of the tennis club.
Taxation of the Non-Governmental Non-profit Organizations

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the taxation of non-governmental organizations, more precisely civil associations. The subject matter of this work is the tendency of optimalization of the tax base. Based on the findings (mainly from the Act No. 586/1992 Coll., The Income Tax) proposes the most suitable method of distribution of activities, the use of tax accepted expenses and use of tax advantages for non-profit organizations. The outcome of this work is proposal how the organization should use and apply these tools, to tax-optimize their tax base.
Managing International Event Grand Prix Moravie in Public Relations

This bachelor thesis is dealt with increasing the efficiency of public relations while holding the international life saving tournament Grand Prix Moravie in Brno. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the theory which is necessary for understanding the above mentioned issue. The following part is devoted to the analysis of the current status of the PR in the tournament. Several suggestions were advised to improve and increase the efficiency of communication with the public based on these analyses.

The main subject matter is an analysis of current marketing utilization in management of the Golf Club and to find appropriate ways of corrective solving in this field, which will lead to attain the role of the club and ensure development and operation of the Golf Club. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part defines the goals and methods of the work. The second part is focused on theoretical foundations, which are the basis for the next section. The third part focuses on analysis of the association and its surroundings. The last part contains the specific proposals of marketing activities of the Golf Club for achieving the set objectives.

The Bachelor thesis purveys the information of the taxation of the non-profit organizations focused on the income tax of the legal entity. In the practical part is processed analyses of the taxation of the specific non-profit organization (The Hospital and Polyclinic Havířov). The first chapter defines what non profit organizations really are, what are their goals and missions, what are their ownership of property, how the organizations manages funds, what are their obligations in the field of bookkeeping and how they establish profit and tax base. The second part contains a detailed analysis of the situation in the hospital. The third part is devoted to design optimization of tax income tax hospital with an emphasis on using all legally permissible discounts and deductions.

Analyzuje značku týmu z interního i externího hlediska, což vede k důkladnému zkoumání značky společnosti. Primárním cílem je připravit pro tým rebrandingové aktivity na základě brandingové šablony, jejíž struktura je popsána a dodržována v práci.
