The thesis deals with strategic management in an international company. In the theoretical part the strategic management of large companies is discussed, and the focus is on international business. In the practical part an existing selected international company is examined. Furthermore, an analysis of the external and internal environment is performed using PEST analysis and a selected industry analysis tool. In the analysis of the internal environment, attention is paid to the areas of competitive advantage and financial strength, which serve as input to the SPACE matrix. The main objective of the thesis is to formulate suggestions for strategic alternatives for the selected international company. The individual proposals are based on an analysis of the current state of the company and its environment. The analysis is used to propose strategies that are further refined within the SWOT matrix. The selected strategy options are elaborated into recommendations for implementation, including an economic evaluation of their potential impacts.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of receivables management in the company LABARA s.r.o. The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to propose measures and suggestions aimed at better receivables management system in this company and to define the potential impact of their implementation on the financial situation of this company. To fulfil the main objective of the thesis, two main analyses were completed, namely a financial analysis and an analysis of the current receivables management system in the company. Findings gained from these analyses were used as stimulus for several proposals that will lead to an overall improvement of the receivables management in the company LABARA s.r.o.

International Trade in Endangered Species and Its Legal Regulation (50 Years of CITES) Abstract This thesis focuses on the legal regulation of international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora. The main objective of this thesis is to perform a comprehensive analysis of the system of legal regulation of international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora, both at the international and European level, as well as its implementation into Czech legislation and to provide a fundamental comparison of these levels. The thesis should lead to reflection on the necessity and importance of the protection of endangered species, especially when they are subject to international trade. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the international trade in endangered species itself. It provides an explanation of the term international trade in endangered species, an analysis of its global scale, its impact on the planet's biodiversity, and the goals that regulation of this sector of international trade seeks to achieve. Legal regulation of international trade in endangered species Abstract International trade in wildlife products has been ongoing for centuries. However, in recent decades, due to globalisation and technological progress, it has become so extensive that it now poses one of the most significant threats to biodiversity. Illegal international trade is closely linked to various other types of criminal activities and is comparable in scale to drug trafficking or arms trafficking. Consequently, effective and robust legal regulation is absolutely crucial. The objective of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the existing legal framework and analyse its practical effectiveness. As international trade in endangered species is a global issue, regulation at the international level is imperative. The Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES), adopted in 1973, plays a vital role in this regard by offering the most effective legal instruments to combat illegal trade. This thesis deals with the expansion of the sugar product to the European Union market. The aim of this work is to recommend a suitable expansion strategy, analyze the selected market and evaluate the market potential for the entry of the selected company. We will focus on the survey of the Hungarian market, which is currently interesting for the company, we will examine the issue and then analyze it. In conclusion, we will find out whether it is worth entering this market and quantify the possible first steps. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the possibilities of entering the European Union market are selected. In the analytical part we‘ve analyzed the selected market and at the end of the work is proposed a strategy for entry.

This master's thesis focuses on the proposal for the expansion of a construction company carrying out earthworks with heavy construction mechanization into the Slovak market. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part contains a description of the problem, a definition of the goal of the thesis, the methods used, and the action of the processing. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the problem. The analytical part contains a description of the current situation of the company as well as an analysis of the company environment both from the inside and the outside. The final part contains its own proposal for solutions.
Analýza vlivu světových cen kakaa na ceny a produkci kakaa v Ghaně

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the impact of international cocoa market prices on prices and production of cocoa in Ghana. The theoretical part of the thesis at first defines international trade and its importace and evolution in the world. Subsequently the international commodity trade is specifik, especially its terms of trade and world structure. After that the cocoa international trade is briefly introduced. The practical part at firn characterize Ghana from the perspective of agrarian sector, trade and policy. Subsequently cocoa commodity chain is described. The last part of the thesis is the analysis of the impact of international prices of cocoa on prices of cocoa in Ghana and its production. The analysis and its results are then discussed together with further suggestions and recommendations.

Bachelor thesis deals with the position of soybeans in the American and world market. The first part characterizes general tendencies in the development of agriculture and moreover describes key features of examined crop. Analytical part of the thesis summarizes development trend of soybeans production in the US market, which is further compared with other significant world producers of this crop. In the scope of the world environment, the paper documents development of supply and demand, international trade and also analyses tendencies in growth of the competition in defined sector. The outcome of this research enables to analyze position of the US within the world soybean market and its future trends.
