Marketing communication analysis of the Czech Olympic team during the 2022 Olympic Games

My bachelor thesis "Marketing communication analysis of the Czech Olympic team during the 2022 Olympic Games" examines the complex marketing communication of the Czech Olympic Team using available data. In the thesis I first describe the theoretical foundations of the field of marketing and sports marketing, then I introduce the issues of marketing communication within the Olympic Games. In the practical part, with the help of semi-structured interviews with members of the Czech Olympic Team marketing team and SWOT analysis, I draw conclusions and offer recommendations for further marketing communication strategy of the Czech Olympic Team. The thesis examines in detail all marketing tools and channels of the Czech Olympic Team.
Green marketing a jeho využití ve vybraném podniku

The bachelor thesis is concerned with green marketing and its use in a selected company, which is the cosmetics company Notino, s.r.o. Its aim is to propose ways of communication that would lead to strengthening the relationship between the company and its customers using green marketing. The theoretical part is based on the literature and explains the basic concepts of marketing and the issue under study. The results of the findings of the individual factors influencing customers in purchasing and appropriate marketing recommendations were determined according to the analysis of the internal environment of the organization, its external environment and questionnaire survey. The individual suggestions for the development of marketing strategy are determined for each selected segment, where the results showed that respondents would most welcome communication directly on the product page and on social media, while they are most influenced by price, quality and brand when buying cosmetic products.

The bachelor thesis engages in designing a suitable marketing communication strategy for the sports club of microlight aviation. The thesis is divided into three sections. Literary research, analytical part and proposal part. Literary research includes theory regarding given issues. The analytical part is briefly presented the sports club and its existing marketing communication. Subsequently, a situational analysis was developed. On its basis, a marketing communication strategy to support a development and financing of the sports club was designed and recommended.
Midnightdeal jako nová ubytovací platforma

The main aim of this work is to draft recommendations for strengthening the position of the platform Midnightdeal in the domestic market. The partial goal is to present the platform and discover the potential in the Czech Republic. In the first part, a theoretical overview is created to understand the issue. An external environment analysis using selected methods (PESTE analysis and Porter's model of five competing forces) and an analysis of marketing communication are performed to meet the main goal of the work. To meet the work's sub-goal, the platform is presented along with its unique method of reservation. Based on the results of the questionnaire investigation, the target group of the platform is verified and the potential in the Czech Republic is identified. Based on these analyses, proposals for recommendations may help to consolidate the position.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of Czech authorial creation of fashion and fashion accessories. The goal of the thesis is to propose possible marketing recommendations for Czech creators. The data needed to analyse consumer be-havior and the situation on the Czech authorial creation´s market were collected by using questionnaire surveys. The first – aimed at consumers (n=134), the sec-ond – aimed at creators (n=12). The obtained data were subjected to appropriate statistical tests, which carried out with the help of the statistical software Statisti-ca. Based on the analysis, appropriate recommendations were proposed. This mainly concerned the creator´s activity on social sites, which were found to be the most essential in the promotion of the creator and his products.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the online marketing communication proposal for a chosen microbrewery. The proposal is based on an analytic part, which includes an analysis of the internal and external environment, a questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis to determine an appropriate marketing strategy. Based on the analyses, online and offline communication tools were recommended. The work includes the proposal of elements of a corporate design and a website. The individual suggestions and recommendations should help the microbrewery to attract potential new customers and increase brand awareness.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of distribution and level of marketing communication. Its aim is to propose improvements in the functioning of selected elements of the communication mix and the level of distribution. The proposals are based on an analysis of the external and internal environment, analysis of competition, and the conducted marketing research. The work includes a literary review in which basic concepts are defined. In the main part of the work, individual analysis methods such as PESTE, SWOT, and competitive analysis are applied. A questionnaire survey is used to create recommendations for improvement. The results of the research were used to formulate a proposal for improving the level of marketing communication and distribution.

The bachelor thesis deals with a proposal for improving marketing communication for a selected company, which is a Trionffale boutique. The boutique would like to keep working on building relationships with its regular customers and reach out to new potential customers or those interested in working with the Czech design industry. Part of the thesis will be to make recommendations on further expansions that the boutique is considering. Suggestions will be recommended based on an analysis of the boutique itself and its current marketing mix and marketing communications, as well as on interviews with customers and information gathered through a questionnaire survey. Data from both surveys will be used to characterize the target segment. Suggestions will be directed to the social networking sites on which the boutique is already active and to other supporting activities. The recommendations will also include a calculation of the expected costs.

Joura, D. The influence of packaging and labeling on consumer purchasing decisions for products containing insect protein. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The thesis deals with the optimization of packaging and label design of products for dogs containing insect protein. The thesis observes consumer buying behaviour of these products with a focus on the attractiveness of the packaging and label. Thus, the main objective of the thesis is to identify the packaging and label factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions when buying dog treats containing insect protein. The thesis starts with a literature search that examines the basic principles of packaging and label design in marketing communication, the influence of insect protein on consumer behaviour and the specific advantages and disadvantages of insect protein containing products. In the second part of the thesis, there is a practical part focusing on consumer observation using a predetermined methodology.

The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing communication of the hockey club HC Masaryk University, which plays university league ice hockey in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains a detailed description of the different parts of marketing. Furthermore, it uses the results to describe the individual questions of a questionnaire survey that led to the identification of the target group's prefer-ences regarding promotion. Based on the results from the questionnaire, appro-priate recommendations are proposed to improve the marketing communication of the club.
