I will write the thesis in three parts. The first part will focus on the theoretical solutions of work suitable for the business plan, in the second the analysis part i will focus on the analysis of the external and internal surroundings of the company and in the third the practical part I will try to present findings from the parts theoretical nad analysis into a viable business plan.

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is to propose and to implement an information system for a betting portal, which makes possible to predict NHL matches, to share tips between tipsters and to rate the success of the tipsters in a betting competition. The aplication is implemented as an internet portal using PHP and MySQL.

A SOUND MIND IN A HEALTHY BODY - Sport and recreation district Za Lužánkami

Sport in Brno has its own great tradition, which is visible on huge stadiums situated in the sports complex Za Luzankami. Unfortunately, stadiums dilapidated and the whole areal turn to brownfield. The proposal of new multipurpose Kometa Arena, located at the site of the original, now demolished stadium, together with the planned new football stadium will initiate the reconstruction of the district, and get it back to past glories. The stadium belongs to the category of buildings where form follows function, which in this case primarily allow for a quality perspective on the pitch for a large number of spectators. In this case, the stands are also the main supporting structure of the whole stadium. On platforms anchored to the stands are located the modifiable cells containing functions related to the arena. The appearance of the stadium is determined by transparent facade that allows the neighborhood to see what is happening in the stadium and provides interesting views from high arena of the surrounding park, arboretum and the city.

Water park Brno

Diploma thesis Aquapark Brno is directly connected with the previous specialist course "Sports Center Za Lužánkami Brno". This project dealt was focused on overall concept, architectural and urban study of this area with an emphasis on sports, recreation and relaxation. There was created a zone of predominantly professional sport in the southern part of this area. There were built football and ice hockey stadiums on the newly created terrace/platform. These stadiums are located approximately in the same places as their current (football) or non-existent (hockey) predecessors. The terrace/platform (parking is located under the terrace) continues, and the newly expanded Boby Hotel follows the recreational sports zone with an Aquapark and outdoor sports grounds located behind the existing Tesco shopping centre. There is formed a new park in north of the sports grounds forming a recreational-relaxation zone on the territory of Planýrka. The existing building of a 50 meter swimming pool dominates the area of Aquapark. It was built in 1979 according to the project architect Otakar Oplatek. However this object no longer meets the requirements of today's visitors or athletes. The new building which includes a twenty-five meter tall swimming pool with a background is being added to the existing building. So there is a separable swimming area created here, which can serve both - swimmers and teenagers or professional athletes. There is a good possibility of racing as well. The new building connects eastward to the building of the roofed Aquapark partially hidden beneath the terraces and resting areas. These three through-flowing but mutually separable objects together with the platform define the area of the outdoor aquapark. He is also separate off from the noisy Sportovní street, but it has a sufficient supply of sunlight. Cost Optimization of Activity Selected Sporting Club

The bachelor thesis deals with the description and analysis of the activities of the hockey club HC ORLI ZNOJMO, Ltd. and subsequent optimization of selected activities (the cost to operation). The work is divided into several parts. In the first part are processed theoretical bases, in the next section are describes the individual activities of sports club associated with the participation team in the Austrian international league and the analysis of the activities of the club. Based on the analysis of the collected data is processed optimization the costs of the club and proposals are submitted and recommending for change.

Sport Centre Za Lužánkami Brno

This thesis analyze the conception of the sport centre in Brno za Lužánkami. The area has a very extensive sport history, which dates back to 1922. Nowadays this topic has been very discussed because of the hockey and football history in the place of Lužánky. Hockey and football teams were forced to abandon Lužánky as a consequence of decrepitude and very bad technical aspects of the buildings. The diploma thesis deals with the new concept of the entire area where the professional and leisure sport activities will take place. The extensive architectural study of the multifunctional hockey stadium resolves the location of the object on the same place as the previous stadium. It put emphasis on the generous scattering area around the stadium, easy navigation and placement of the entrances from all around the object. The multifunctional usage of the stadium is solved by the telescopic grandstand and it offers the standard capacity of 10 500 spectators at a hockey match and up to 14 300 spectators at a concert event. The main expression element of the exterior of the stadium are the facade lamellas. They accentuate the ground floor with their dynamic placing and clearly indicate the main entrances to the object. In the night the glasses lamellas are shined by the integrated LED lights and enable to switch endless different faces of the stadium according by the current occasion.

Proposal of Communication Campaign for the Famous Czech Ice-hockey Club

This master thesis analyzes the sport marketing practices of a successful ice-hockey club in the Czech Republic. After the theoretical definition of the terms, the thesis discusses the surrounding environment of the selected club and evaluates existing marketing activities. That creates a foundation for the following in-person interviews with visitors of the selected match and mainly for a quantitative survey researching fans' opinions on the marketing communications of the club. The output of the thesis is a proposed club’s communication campaign for the upcoming season.

The project comprehensively addresses the urban links, roads, parking and leisure facilities in a given area. At the area of a new sports facilities, which creates a field Za Lužánkama highly integrated sports and relaxation center, in direct relation to the park Lužánky. The thesis further elaborates on the level of architectural study of a newly created structures - Multifunctional hockey arena.

Optimization Development of Organizational Structure of a Selected Sporting Club

The bachelor thesis is focused on the description and analysis of the activities of the hockey club HC ZUBR Prerov, Ltd. and subsequent optimization on its operation. The thesis is dividend into several parts. The first section presents the theoretical background, the next section describes the activities of sports club, which related to the participation of the club in the second Czech hockey league and are made SLETP a SWOT analysis, budget analysis, revenue and organizational structure. Based on the data from analyzes proposals are made solutions, their benefits and recommendations for change.

Wolves in a Burner

My grandfather 's name is Adolf Šprincl . Over 12 years he was a professional coach hockey teams in France (with various interruptions from 1971 to 1994 ) , where he trained teams in Tours, Villard de Lans and Grenoble. The last named team is most associated with him. Les Loups de Brleurs - Wolves in the burner. My father's name is Milan Šprincl . From the age of 5 years he`s playing hockey. From the age of 18 years it played at a professional level in the Czech first league . The most important places in his life are hockey stadiums in Jihlava and Hodonin. Both stadiums stands on the site of a old cemetery in neighborhood there is a Baroque cemeterychapel. I tried to play hockey, but I failed. I continue in the family tradition of hockey and also the grandfather's work in Grenoble. Documentary film with elements of experimental manipulations and fiction passages will map to the development of French hockey and also the mystique associated with hockey . Attempts to reveal a seemingly random connections between hockey and sacred land for the rest of the dead. At the same time this film plans to close a series of films with the theme of my personal family history, to which I perceive in abstract forms. The film is shot on VHS camcoder. I shoot hockey stadiums (especially in Hodonin and Jihlava ) in which interests me as architectural monumentality of these sports , but also the context in which they are found (hockey arena on former cemeteries , etc. ) . The next part takes place in France , near Grenoble, where he focuses on the current state of French hockey (interviews with prominent personalities of French hockey - Jean Leblond / Vice President of the French hockey , Dany Grandor / former player Grenobelu - officer team, Stéphane Bailles / first hockey scout in France, Jean - Luc Dalaison / journalist Le Dauphiné and others) and link to my grandfather , who is one of the most important figures in the history of the hockey team Bruleurs Les Loups de Grenoble . Another important part is i work with historical documents ( articles in French and Czech press about his grandfather , his personal correspondence , notebooks with notes for training and game strategy , and also relics of his time in France) and a part takes place on the ice rink , where you will be using the other game lines and projections manipulated match in hockey (tells the legend of the mountain Vercors of wolves who ate people ) . Part of the film is the creation of costumes (especially hockey jerseys ) and props.
