The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a marketing and communication strategy of the business entity Cyklo Čermák for the second half of 2023. The creation of plans exactly corresponds to the specific situation of the subject. It is based on an analysis of the current situation of the subject. It complements the current data with expected trends. The research part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey focused on consumer behavior. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theo-retical part, methodology and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of lit-erature research, the methodology describes the methods used and the practical part deals with the specific situation of the business entity. At the end of the bach-elor thesis, there are tips for improving the current situation.

The bachelor thesis deals with the business plan of upcycling wine bottles of the newly emerging company Mañana. The aim of the thesis is to create a concrete business plan for the start-up of the business. The theoretical part gathers the knowledge, the essentials and structure of the business plan. It also discusses the key success factors of firms, the importance of sustainable business and corporate social responsibility. The actual work is focused on the description of the company's activities, the creation of analyses, strategies and financial plan. Based on the custom work, specific steps for further development of the enterprise have been formulated.
Gender stereotypes women face in business in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with gender stereotypes that women face in business in the Czech Republic. Although it may seem that men and women are equal in society, women still face gender biases that place them in the roles of mothers. Entrepreneurship is then perceived as a male domain. These gender roles and other stereotypes make it difficult for women to integrate into the labor market. Because of this binary perception of roles in society, women often do not even consider entrepreneurship as a career choice for fear of not having a chance to succeed. The main objectives of this thesis are to find out what stereotypes women encounter in entrepreneurship and how they cope with them. The thesis analyses qualitative data obtained through semi-structured interviews with six Czech female entrepreneurs.
Marketing Research Focused on Student Entrepreneurship and Knowledge of Innovation Agency

The diploma thesis deals with marketing research focused on students' entrepreneurship and knowledge of the selected innovation agency, the South Moravian Innovation Centre. The theoretical part defines the key concepts for the thesis, which are entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing trends, marketing research and presents related research already conducted. The analytical part introduces the Innovation Agency and analyses the current state of the organisation. Furthermore, marketing research and analysis of the obtained data is carried out. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews, the thesis concludes by proposing measures to improve the current state of the innovation agency.

Konkrétněji byl navržen podnikatelský plán pro připravovanou společnost s názvem CBDlevnecz, která se specializuje na B2B a CBD (Technické konopí) model eshopu. První část je věnována teoretickým východiskům, která zahrnují vysvětlení klíčových slov a témat, která jsou potřebná pro vypracování praktické části bakalářské práce. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu a vlastní návrh řešení. Metody a nástroje, které jsou pro analýzu použity, jsou například PESTLE analýza nebo Porterova analýza pěti sil.

The dissertation deals with the mapping of the potential for the involvement of enterprises in the Czech Republic in European bioeconomy, specifically in the bioplastics sector, which is currently a dynamically developing industry. The focus is on the factors and contexts that influence the possibility of entering this sector, which arise from the internal and external conditions of firms. The research relies on a combination of methods and provides both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The methods used include literature search, scientometric analysis, neural networks, correlation analysis, market situation analysis, mapping, case studies and questionnaire surveys. Through these methods, the thesis provides a comprehensive picture and broader context of the current situation of the bioplastics industry.
"The World's Biggest Problems, the World's Biggest Market Opportunities": Contours of Conscious Capitalism in the Czech Republic

This dissertation deals with the relations between economics and ethics. It specifically focuses on a contemporary trend that seeks to reform the socio-economic system from within the private sector, which the thesis conceptualises as 'conscious capitalism'. The thesis is the result of a long-term ethnographic research on socially responsible start-ups in Prague and presents conscious capitalism through three case studies. The first study focuses on the question of work ethic and subjectivity of conscious entrepreneurs and workers and the dynamics of their interrelationship in enterprises. The second study shifts the focus to the sphere of socially beneficial production and the creation of conscious products, and analyses in detail the operation of one social enterprise. The theme of the third case study is the relation of conscious capitalism to shareholder capitalism, which it on the one hand criticizes, but on the other hand builds on and uses for its own development. This dissertation belongs to the critical social science studies that address the ethical turn in capitalism (Bandinelli 2017; Chiapello 2013; Land & Taylor 2014; Morozov 2013), although its own contribution stems primarily from the research focus on the inside of the small start- ups. Business Plan Proposal for a Company

Předmětem této práce je vytvoření návrhu podnikatelského záměru rozvoje společnosti zaměřené na recyklaci pneumatik a jejich zpracování na drť, ze které se tvoří materiály pro stavbu nových silnic a další produkty. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši k problematice strategického plánování a jeho vztahu k výrobní strategii podniku, dále specifika řízení malých rodinných podniků a B2B tržní orientace. V analytické části jsou použity vybrané analyticko-výzkumné metody s cílem identifikace klíčových faktorů v kontextu firemního prostředí, posouzení současného stavu a identifikace interních a externích faktorů. S využitím marketingového mixu, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces Framework, SWOT bylo stanoveno, jakým směrem by se měla společnost ubírat. Poslední část obsahuje výstupy této práce, je vytvořen podnikatelský plán a některé budoucí kroky jsou lépe vidět.
