Basic urine laborator examination
HAMOUZOVÁ, Kateřina
In this bachelor thesis I deal with the basic urine examination in the laboratory of clinical biochemistry. The bachelor thesis is mainly focused on the examination of urine chemically and the examination of urinary sediment. An essential part of the bachelor thesis is to approach public with the course of biological material examination in the laboratory. This work could be benefit for students or general public as an enghlitement of basic laboratory analysis of urine. Mainly in order to collect data which show the importance of testing, whether chemical or microscopic. The theoretical part briefly describes kidneys and their vascular supply. The division into primary and secondary urine is part of the chapter "Urine formation". Urine collection can be found in the same chapter. In the next chapter I present the chemical composition of urine. Urine composition plays an important role without any doubt in determining the patient's health. Furthermore, I characterize physical urine examination, which is an integral part of the basic urine examination. The next chapter is called Chemical examination of urine". Today, urine chemistry is performed through diagnostic strips. Last but not least, urine is examined microscopically. This examination is discussed in the "Penultimate chapter". In the last chapter I describe basic information about urinary stones. The methodology describes the procedure and principle of how to properly perform urine testing in the laboratory, whether chemically or microscopically. At the end of thecase report, the obtained data of analytes in the urine, which outlines the importance of the examined biological material.
Polná ideal, the castle and under the castle
Kapraľová, Kristína ; Sedlák, Jan (referee) ; Kiszka, Josef (advisor)
The aim of the work is regeneration and reclamation of the main formal places and points in the Polna town, on the level of the town (part of the town), the castle complex and the main court. Using the town acupuncture method and focusing on the main and the most important parts, I created the system of segments (plateaus), which like the separate elements create the appearance of the town as a whole. In my diploma thesis I focused on segment of castle complex. Using the gradual regeneration of the main formally important places and points, I created its overall “ideal” condition. The result of my work is the design of alternative use of castle complex and castle court elements.
Electromagnetic field calculation of Induction machine for different mechanical load
Hetflajš, Martin ; Kurfűrst, Jiří (referee) ; Skalka, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with an analysis of the induction machine electromagnetic field distribution with real parameters. Whole analysis was done for three point of the mechanical load by finite element method in ANSYS. In the next part is described a basic theoretically research of the electromagnetic field and also preliminary survey of the numeric method for FEM. This thesis also contains an analysis of electromagnetic model of analyzed induction machine with detailed description of each analysis step and in conclusion the results summary was done.
Simulation models of thermal fields in electric machine
Chlup, Jaroslav ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This project is dealing with simulation´s posibilities of thermal fields in electric machines. A finite element method is the final element technique. Analysis routine Ansys has worked on this platform, in which was been simulated intermittent periodic duty of asynchronous motor.
Modeling of flow on synchronous generator
Chlup, Jaroslav ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This project deals with simulation´s possibilities of air flow in electric machines. A finite element method is the final element technique. Aim of this project is conversion universal formula for calculation friction dissipation factor. For its location is necessary to create 27 simulations according to the 2. plan order. Usage programme MATLAB for processing results obtain requisite algorithm for calculation friction dissipation factor.
Current trends in the development and use of HTML5 and CSS3
Poništ, Ondřej ; Chudán, David (advisor) ; Sklenák, Vilém (referee)
This thesis deals with the prepared standards HTML 5 markup language for web pages and CSS 3 Cascading Style Sheets. The final specifications of these two languages isn't planned before the end of 2014, but it already appear in the practical use of the site. The aim of this thesis is to explore new options and features of HTML 5 and CSS3 compared to the current version of HTML 4.01 and CSS2, based on then summarize their advantages, which are currently possible in the creation of Web use. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains a description of HTML5 and its development and functions, as well as a description of the new CSS3 properties. Practical work demonstrates the use of new elements and features of HTML5 and CSS3 for creating web presentation.
