This bachelor’s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for threestorey, semi-basement, detached house with bakers in Kosov. The building is designed slightly sloping terrain. The baker is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance separated from the residential part. The residential part is made of cellars in the basement, garage and utility room on the ground floor, a larger residential unit on the second floor and the attic flat on the third floor.

The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called „ A brick – built detached house“ is to create documentation for carrying out construction. The house is designed for a four – member family. It is situated in a suburb of Velké Němčice. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consists of two parts – a technical and active one. In the technical part, there is a garage for a car, workroom, technical room, closet and staircase. In the active part, there is a living room with dining room, kitchen and entrance leading to the terrace. On the second floor, there is a closet, bathroom, drying room, separate toilet and three rooms. The load – bearing wall is made of brick breeze blocks Porotherm. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. Part of the house is covered with a single pitch roof with an agle of inclination of 15° made of a tin roof covering Lindab and the second part is made of a flat roof from a sloped wedge.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the design of a family residence in Brno - Přízřenice. The assignment was the elaboration of the project documentation for the issue of the building permit. This building is designed in two floors and one basement. The supporting system of the building is designed as a wall from KM Beta Sendwix sandstone blocks in above-ground floors and from lost formwork in the basement. Ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs, roof of the building is designed as a flat roof structure.

Bachelor’s thesis Detached family house with premise is aimed for the solution of the two storey family house 4+1 with the premise (office) for the ensuring of the business activities of the potential owner. In the thesis is solved masonry building with the mono-pitched roof, founded on the foundation strips. He whole building is designed from the system members Ytong in low-energy standard in accordance with the ČSN 73 0540 – 2. Object is situated on the parcels 73/24 and 73/25 in the village Biskoupky, cadastral area Biskoupky, South Moravian district. Content of the bachelor’s thesis is technical documentation for the building realization according to the public notice no. 499/2006 Coll., about building documentation, especially according to the appendixes no. 1 and 2.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and assessment of mansory and reinforcement items of a house with two floors. Design of selected parts of the structure was performed using finite element method and suitable manual idealized models. Were assessed ceiling monolithic structure above the first floor, internal load bearing wall, foundation strip and reinforced concrete staircase. All selected elements were assessed at the ultimate limit state, reinforced concrete slab and the serviceability limit state.

This diploma thesis describes the impact of work performed on a family house and a comparison of this impact on its market value. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of literature and legislation. The house in the town of Uherský Brod in the condition before reconstruction was chosen. In the practical part, the usual prices before the reconstruction were calculated. The reconstruction of the house was proposed and the construction costs were calculated by an aggregated budget. The usual price of similar properties after reconstruction was determined using the real estate database.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the architectural design and construction of a house in Potštát-level documentation for construction. The building is located in the town of Horni předměstí, in a newly networked building plots. The plot is sloping to the east.The building is single-storey bungalow type 4 + kk. There is a garage. Entrance areasare oriented to the southwest. The structural system was designed as a diffuse open balustrades wooden building. Roofing over the residential parts of the aisle trusses with GNL plates punched, flat roof above the garage. The designed building is in compliance with the requirements of town planning Potštát.
