Fundamental Share Analysis of Selected European Airlines

The objective of this thesis is to propose an investment recommendation in shares of selected airlines based on fundamental analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basics of investing. To select the best company there was used several intercompany comparison methods, which are based on assessment indicators. The result is an investment recommendation in the form of determining the order of profitability of individual companies.

Measuring of Manufacturing Company's Competitiveness

This master’s thesis deals with measuring competitiveness of the company Formplast Purkert, s.r.o. in the period from 2008 to 2012 using selected methods of financial analysis. The obtained results of the key indicators are compared with the results of two competitive companies and with average values of the sector. Recommendations, which will be proposed based on the obtained results, should lead to improvement of the company’s financial situation and increase its competitiveness.

Fundamental Analysis of Selected European Automobile Stock Companies for Creation of Investment Portfolio

The aim of this master thesis is to create a fundamental analysis of selected European automobile manufacturing companies, which are enlisted in the stock market and are publically traded. Goal of this fundamental analysis is to propose an ideal portfolio which should outperform the average car industry market. All information which are used during this work are publically accessible on the websites of every mentioned company. First part of this work is devoted to the description of methods, which are used through the whole article. Second part is describing selected companies and the reasons of the selection itself. Third part is devoted to the comparison of selected companies. Forth part is describing methods used for verification of the results, methods used for this verification are calculation of the inner value of security and bankruptcy models. The recommendation for the ideal portfolio for the European car industry is created in the last part of this thesis.

Fundamental Equities Analysis and its Effect on Decision Making in Praxis

The subject of this thesis on fundamental equities analysis, which is considered one of the most commonly used methods for valuing securities, is to make the best investment in the chosen field into the selected equity companies. In the first part of the thesis there is a brief outline of other types of analysis together with other theoretical approaches but the main problem to be solved is the fundamental analysis. The second part is devoted to the selection and characterization of joint-stock companies of the same field and then selecting assessment indicators. The third part deals with the analysis of individual companies using selected methods of intercompany comparison from two different points of view. The final part conveys the comparison of selected methods of intercompany comparisons for both points of view and the proposal of the most suitable investment.

The bachelor thesis is focused on measuring and evaluating the performance of BARZZUZ s.r.o. compared to selected competitors in the same industry. The work consists of the following parts. The first part is focused on theoretical background, where I describe the various methods of financial analysis and intercompany comparison. Followed by the practical part, where I apply the procedures from the theoretical part to specific companies. In the last part I will evaluate the given situations and compare them with the main company, with the help of the results I will suggest solutions and procedures that could improve the activities of the company.

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on evaluating the financial performance of AUTOIMPEX spol. s r.o. throughout the years 2018–2020 using the benchmarking method. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical side of financial analysis. The financial analysis and its indicators are difined universally in the first part. The second part of the work is practical, the financial analysis, its indicators and benchmarking are used in this part. In the third part there are suggestions for problems that came up after the analysis, and also suggestions to improve the financial state of the company.

Afterwards follows calculation of financial analysis and benchmarking with chosen competitors itself. The last part presents own proposals and recommendations to improve the situation of the company.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situacion of the company ABC s.r.o. from 2013 up 2015. The diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part is mentioned the theoretical knowledge from the prefessional literature. According them there are processed the financial analysis of the company. The company is introduced in the second part and there is worked up the financial and strategic analysis. In the last part there are suggested the measure on the basic of resuls that should lead to the improvement of the existing financial situation and long-term stability of this company.

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed at the evaluation of the financial performance of the company FRAENKISCHE CZ s.r.o. and comparing it with the competitor LUNA PLAST a.s.The comparsion between these two companies is made in the period from 2018 to 2020 and then the improvement proposal is submitted. The work is divided into three parts. In the first one, theoretical, are defined concepts and the indicators of financial analysis. In the analytical part, values were calculated by using individuals indicators which were mentioned in the previous part. The final part presents the recommendations for improvement of the financial situation of the company.

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení ekonomické situace společnosti Alvao, s.r.o. v letech 2017 až 2021. Teoretická část obsahuje popis všech potřebných pojmů, metod a nástrojů, které jsou nezbytné pro následující ekonomickou analýzu. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti a výpočty ukazatelů. Dosažené výsledky jsou porovnány s výsledky dvou konkurenčních společností. V poslední části jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku na základě zjištěných skutečností.
