Evaluation of invasive and expansive plant species occurence on reclaimed land of the Podkrušnohorská dump.
SYRVATKOVÁ, Petra
This bachelor thesis includes mapping of the current rate of giant hogweed at reculticvated areas of ?Velká podkrušnohorská? dump. The mapping was done on terrain errands during 2010-2011. The areas where this dangerous invasive plant grows was targeted by GSP. All the meassured coordinates were then transformed into decimal system and then putted into ArcMap program, which created the map of the actual spread of giant hogweed. In the end there is stated, how big danger there is, around the dump, if the problem wont?t be solved.
Juniperus communis ocurrence in South part of Protected Area Trebonsko
DVOŘÁK, Martin
In this work, I ´ve been monitoring occurrence of Juniperus communis in south part of {\clqq}CHKO Třeboňsko``, which is protected area. At first I´ve been studying literature specialized in focusing on problems of occurence Juniperus communis in the world and in this concrete area. Than I was systematically creating a net of all the exemplars in proper area, I ´ve been noting their characteristics and taking a photos. I was statistically analyzing the data and compare with other works, which are engaged in this issue.
Impact of land use on the former sand-pits in the region of Veselí nad Lužnicí
NOVÁK, Ondřej
Sand-pits which were formed especially in the floodplain of the Lužnice River since the 1950s currently constitute important landscape element of the Třeboň Basin. My diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of the impact of land use on the former sand-pits in the region of Veselí nad Lužnicí. Field investigations were carried out from the beginning of June till the end of August 2008. I mapped the land use of this area by using a map key. I put down particular areas {--} agricultural areas, forest areas, water areas, bild-up areas, other areas {--} into map photographs. The total area of the mapped territory was 989 hecteres. The biggest part of the area comprises of forest growths and field-grown plants. Water areas (with the main element of the mapped area {--} a system of former sandpits) formed 23% of the total area. On the bank sof the sand-pits were placed phytosociological relevé, which illustrated littoral vegetation and environment in which this vegetation is located, and what is the influence of human activity on vegetation. I placed 74 phytosociological relevé in this system. I recorded 125 plant species {--} out of these were 104 herb plants and 21 woody species. I recorded 41 nitrophilous, 52 wetland, 16 ruderal and 2 stronngly endangered species. Altogether, 20 water samplings were carried out. Horusice I sand-pit is the richest in nutrient, the poorest in nutrients is Horusice sand-pit.

Survey of Coleanthus subtilis at the Trebonsko Protected Landscape Area, during period May - June. With a purpose to compare amount of Coleanthus subtilis populations with a state from preceeding years.
Application of geodetic methods for data collection by surveying of situation and higth elements of the landscape.
KREJČÍKOVÁ, Zuzana
The topic of this Dissertation is ``Application of geodetic methods of data collection to horizontal and vertical surveys of elements of the landscape in the Jenín water catchment area{\crqq}. Its aim was to make a detailed horizontal as well as vertical surveys of the site in question. The survey was carried out with the use of the tachymetric method. The coordinates of the points were specified in the S-JTSK system and in the Bpv altitude system. The entire site features a surface area of approximately 40 hectares. At first the reconnaissance of the terrain and of the existing point array was carried out in the entire area, the site was subsequently subjected to a detailed survey. The measurements were carried out with the use of the Leica TCR 407 power total station. The data was processed in the Groma, Atlas and MicroStation software. The result of the present Dissertation is the original document of the map at a scale of 1:1000.
Mobile mapping via GPS, the data processing and visual processing in the OziExplorer programme.
LORENCOVÁ, Petra
The target of this thesis is data collection via pocket PC and GPS receiver, together with data processing and visualization in the OziExplorer programme. To the partial goals belongs the description of the specific parts of mobile mapping from the data collection to their visual processing in this programme. The mapping was done in the area of the national protected zone of the Boubín forest, located in the Bohemian Forest. Before the mapping, it was necessary to study the theory of the GPS system, pocket computer, OziExplorer programme and their practical usage including the operation of all the basic functions of the OziExplorer programme. The subsequent step was configuration of the measuring devices and preparation of the data for mapping. A very important part of the data preparation was a diligent calibration of scanned maps which was essential for reaching correct consecutive measurements. The data collection was done by a pocket computer ASUS A639 with an integrated GPS antenna, operation system Windows Mobile 5.0 CZ, and a PDA version of the programme OziExplorerCE. The data collected from the field work in the area of the national protected zone of the Boubín forest, where the measured route was the educational path called the Boubín forest, were processed in the PC programme OziExplorer. Some corrections were made and the final route was transformed to the 3D model via the programme OziExplorer3D. The result of the thesis is the description of the constituent stages of the mobile mapping from the preparation and the data collecting to the visual processing in the OziExplorer programme and 3D model of the relief of the Boubín forest.
Methods and techniques of active teaching in Czech language on the middle school
KAŠPAROVÁ, Eva
The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the influence of methods and techniques of active teaching on the level of essay-writing in the basic school. The theoretical part describes chosen methods and techniques of active teaching within the context of the educational process. An experiment was carried out in the practical part and it verified the influence of these methods on the development of essay-writing potential of the pupils. The popularity of the chosen methods and techniques of active teaching was being researched by a questionnaire survey. The methods of active teaching were discovered to facilitate the success rate of the essay-writing and a statistically significant increase in the number of sentences and syntactic pairs was found in the experimental group.

Village{\crq}s places as biocentre. Improvement mapping plants to evaluation biodiversity.
RÁDR, Jiří
The main aim of graduation theses was today{\crq}s loom of species distribution, which were in former times surely ample in integral area Blatensko. On the basis of it to rewiev the diversity. With village{\crq}s alternation the diversity changed, too. The 22 villages scattered in the whole area phytogeografically subregion Blatensko and the 59 plant species from archeofyts, apofyts and neofyts were selected. My objective was to note, if these species are still occurred in Blatensko region or not. The number of monitored plant species decreases and every year are more and more abundant.
