Zugarová, V., Launching a new product to market. Bachelor's thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. The theme of this bachelor's thesis is the verification of a product viability on the IT solution market. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explanation of the Lean Startup methodology along with the description of the tools that are used in the practical part of the thesis. At the beginning of the practical section is specified the initial Lean Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas. Based on the initial Lean Canvas an experiment and a hypothesis is defined. The hypothesis is tested and validated by qualitative research. The output of the thesis is a proposal of a suitable marketing strategy for launching a new product to market.

The theme of this master’s thesis is the proposal of a marketing mix for Petyovský & Partners s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis contains analyzes of the external and internal environment, together with the analysis of the current marketing mix of the company and the output is the SWOT analysis. Based on the data and facts, the last part of the thesis presents specific proposals for improving the company’s marketing mix.
