Hlavnou témou mojej diplomovej práce je zhodnotenie, či má firma Nobilis Tilia, s.r.o. rozšíriť svoje podnikateľské aktivity na zahraničné trhy, konkrétne na nemecký trh s kozmetikou. Celá práca je postupne rozdelená do troch hlavných častí – na teoretickú, analytickú a návrhovú. V teoretickej časti sú zhodnotené poznatky získané z literárnych zdrojov zameraných na strategický management firiem. Analytická časť sa zaoberá firmou Nobilis Tilia, s.r.o., jej históriou a portfóliom produktov. Následne je spracovaná analýza vonkajšieho obecného prostredia, Porterova Analýza Piatich Síl, SWOT analýza nemeckého trhu s kozmetikou. Návrhová časť práce ponúka prehľad odporúčaní, založených na výsledkoch spomínaných analýz.

The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to develop a proposal for brand expansion measures to a new market with an emphasis on strengthening the competitiveness of the brand in the market. The theoretical part includes theoretical background, which is based mainly on the methodology of the authors Ko Floor and Keller. The analytical part focuses on the evaluation of the current potential of the brand and the analysis of competitors in the planned market. Following the performed analyzes, measures in the area of communication leading to the expansion of the brand are proposed in the design part.

The bachelor's thesis aims to present proposals that will strengthen the competitiveness of the farm butcher and bistro Mikrofarma. The company is analyzed using a communication mix, value chain and value proposition. The value chain analyzes the company's activities, which create the resulting value for the customer. The value proposition is compiled based on secondary sources and examines the value perceived by the customer. The above-mentioned analyzes reveal possible weaknesses and space for implementation. The resulting proposal section presents proposals to strengthen the competitiveness of Mikrofarma.

This thesis deals with the problematics of brand development of a chosen business, which is pizza and burger manufactory and delivery Comics Pizza & Burgers in Brno. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines theoretical bases which serve to create a brand development strategy. The analytical part follows, based on the findings in the theoretical part and a methodical outline. This part first describes basic business data, which is followed by an analysis of the inner and outer business environment as well as an assessment of the current business situation from the market, clientele, and competition standpoints. These analyses serve to evaluate the newly researched information and to create the designs found in the final part of the thesis.

The goal of the analytic part is to determine a potential of the company and to provide foundation for the proposal. The ultimate part deals with the strategy proposal, which is going to serve the company for three years. Internal documents, an interview with the owner of the company, and public sources were used to create this diploma thesis.
