Klučinová, Eliška ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Komínková, Linda (referee)
Author: Bc. Eliška Klučinová Title: HEPTATHLONIST'S TRAINING Objectives: The main objective of this work is to evaluate my own performance development in relation to the training completed. This work is focused mainly on the year 2014, in which the Czech record was broken. The second objective is to compare and evaluate the composition of the training under the guidance of three different coaches and to evaluate the entire career of the heptathlete. Methods: This work uses methods of analysis and comparison. Results: The analysis of performance development discloses a gradual increase in performance in relation to the training completed. During the analysis of the training macrocycle 2013/2014, possible causes of the increase in performance were found, especially in the explosive strength training. When comparing individual coaching approaches certain insufficiencies and advantages in the composition of training and training methods were revealed. A power-oriented training was the most suitable considering my somatotype. Conclusion: In my career, I managed to reach my maximum in European and world competition (3rd place EAICH 2015, 4th place WAICH 2018, 7th place WACH 2013). The main limits, due to which I did not achieve better results, were mainly insufficient level of speed skills and health...

The title of the bachelor thesis: The evaluation of selected elementary school students' physical fitness by using UNIFITTEST Prepared by: Bc. Adéla Vélová Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Ales Kaplan, Ph.D. Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out the current level of the fitness of the 5th graders at selected primary schools in the district of Jablonec nad Nisou, which do not focus on sports. These were pupils who fall into the age category of 10 and 11 years. I processed the ascertained results. Subsequently, I made a comparison between the individual primary schools to find out which of the tested schools achieved better results. Methodology: The main method of the research was the practical testing of students by using a test battery UNIFITTEST (6-60), from which I applied four motor tests (two-footed jump, sit- ups repeatedly for 60 seconds, shuttle run 4x10 m and the Cooper's test - 12 minutes run). I compared all the measured data with the relevant UNIFITTEST standards for the given age category (10-11 years). Another part of my diploma thesis was a short anonymous questionnaire designed for physical education teachers, refering to the finding out opinions of physical education of the 5th graders. Title: Analysis of the hurdle clearance technique of students from Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to determine the most frequently occurring mistakes in the hurdle clearance technique in the 110 m hurdles of selected students from Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University. Other goal was to summarize exercises that will help eliminate the observed mistakes. Methods: Kinematic analysis was used to diagnose mistakes in the hurdle clearance technique. Correlation analysis was used to determine the relation between anthropometric indicators and the frequency of observed mistakes. Because of the set goals the qualitative method was used and the frequency of the mentioned mistakes was recorded in the rating scale afterwards. Based on the publications from Jeřábek (2008), Kašpar (in Hrabinec et al., 2017) and my own experience, a list of fourteen frequently occurring mistakes in the hurdle clearance technique was created. Making video recordings was used for research material collection. Selected technical parameters of the hurdle clearance technique were analyzed by using Kinovea program. Odvárková, Lucie ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Komínková, Linda (referee)
Title: Training and performance development of female heptathlete Objectives: The main objective of balchelor thesis is to evaluate my own performance development in connection with the completed training. The second objective is to mainly compare with the top czech heptathletes Eliška Klučinová and Kateřina Cachová and also with the heptathlete and UK FTVS student Linda Komínková. Methods: The methods of qualitative analysis, comparative method, self-analysis and self- reflection have been used in the thesis. Results: In the performance analysis, we found that the highest performance was achieved at the age of 22, i.e. in 2018. During the comparison of my results against the results of Eliška Klučinová and Kateřina Cachová I found that the highest performance differences have began to manifest in the specialized stage of training. During the comparison of my results with Linda Komínková I have found that my speed assumptions began to manifest at the turn of the basic and specialized stage, when I gradually started winning against Linda in speed disciplines. On the contrary, I have come to the conclusion that the strength disciplines have never been my strong side. Keywords: athletics, heptathlon, training, performance, self-analysis

Vodička, Tomáš ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: Speed abilities of 10 - 14 year old athletes Aims: The aim of the work is to assess the speed abilities of selected children from athletics categories U12 and U14. We are mainly interested in the percentage improvement of the monitored group of athletes as a whole, individual categories and individual athletes. We also determine the size of the relation of individual outputs (correlation). Methods: We uses the method of analysis and comparison to obtain the results. The tests were selected and adapted to test the speed and strength abilities of the athletes. For our purposes, we chose 3 tests (50m PVS, long jump from the place, optojump SQJ and CMJ). Each athlete participated in at least 5 testing during 1.6 - 1.7 years. Results: Most athletes improved their performance during the testing period. We found the tightness of the relation between individual test performances and somatic values. The tightness of the relation between the performance in the 50m PVS test and the long jump from the site was found to be tight with the tightness of the relation between the performances in the 50m PVS test and the performances in the SQJ / CMJ optojump tests. For testing speed-strength performances for categories up to 14 years is suffice 50m PVS test and a long jump from the spot. The SQJ and CMJ...

: Title: Motor performance of secondary school children Objectives: Assess the level of motor performance of secondary school children. Methods: Using motor tests, I have examined the motor performance of secondary school children in the comon class and in the class with extended physical education. The testing took place in the gym of the secondary school and at the athletic stadium as part of physical education lessons. For the results analyses I have used the following characteristics: arithmetic mean, maximum, minimum, standard deviation, variance and variation range. I compared the measured results with UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 scales. I compared the results of pupils from the common class with the measurements Pávek (1977), Máchová (2009) and Zapletalová (2011). I compared the results of pupils from the class with extended physical education classes besides scales UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 with measurements of Kraus (2007), Máchová (2009) and Kůta (2016) Results: The thesis has confirmed the hypothesis that pupils from the class with extended physical education have better results in all tests than the pupils from the comon class. The hypothesis that pupils from the extended physical education class will not have a significantly lower level of performance compared to Máchová 2009 or Kraus 2007 was...
