Interpretation of violations and offesive fouls in the youth basketbal

Title: Interpretation of the occurence turnovers in youth basketbal in Czech republic. Objectives: Our goal is to assess the degree forced and unforced turnovers in basketball matches in two age categories. Our assumption is that the in the higher category, the occurrance of unforced turnovers is lower. Methods: Method of work is indirect observation of videos, analysis and creation of quantitative research on teams category U15 and U19, then a detailed analysis of the number and type of turnovers of individual categories and matches follows. Results: We found that younger category reached a larger number of unforced turnovers and forced turnovers too. Turnovers were caused primarily from the mistakes of the players.Both categories reached more forced turnovers. Participation of foreign players on team game performance in our highest competition for women.

Title: Participation of foreign players on team game performance in our highest competition for women. Objectives: The goal of this master's thesis is to compare game performance of foreign players with Czech players from season 1998/1999 to season 2017/2018 in the highest Czech basketball competition for women. The partial goal of the thesis is to find out and observe the evolution of number of foreign players participating in above stated twenty-year period. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of collecting secondary information, which means secondary statistical data analysis. Results: By data analysis we found out, that foreign players were more effective than Czech players in all monitored seasons while comparing played time and reached index of success. The number of foreign players in the highest league was gradually growing until reaching its peak in season 2014/2015. Title of work: Comparison of Czech and Spanish team performance indicators in the Women's European Championship in 2017. Objectives of Thesis: The aim of the thesis is to compare indicators of the team game performance of Team Czech republic and Spanish. On the basis of this comparison will be a confrontation of both teams after the match and find differences in their game performance. Methods of work: The main method of the thesis is quantitative analysis of 8 selected video game between Team Czech republic, Spanish and their rivals. The video will be recorded by observing the characteristics of the game and then had to compare the participating teams. Results of work: The results should show probable causes of wins and losses in selected games. The analysis of the game performance of Slovenia team on European championships 2017

Bachelor's Thesis title: Analysis of the game performance of the Slovenian national team at the European Championship Basketball 2017 Aim of thesis: The main aim of the work is to find those performance gauges that contributed to the Slovenian's triumph in the European Championship 2017 tournament. With using mathematical operations to find differences in game performances of Slovenia national team and its opponents. Methods: Quantitative video analysis and secondary data analysis were used to collect data. Results: Final analysis of the resulting data shows that Slovenian team outplayed their opponents mainly in one on one situations which lead to drawing personals fouls and a lot of free throws attempts. Impact of specific stick on the effectiveness of the basketball shooting.

Title: Impact of specific stick on the effectiveness of the basketball shooting. Objectives: The objective of this assignment is to proof better effectiveness of the basketball player's shooting of free throws by using the specific stick Propriomed. Methods: The base of the experiment is noting the results of free throw shooting with use of Propriomed and without Propriomed. The experiment was performed on the beginning of the training. There were invited 17 probands in age of 25-30. Out of that 12 probands were randomly selected to special group and 5 were given to control group. The test group was established by basketball players from BLC Sparta Praha B. There was used Propriomed 100/3. Results: We recognized that there was significant improvement in free throw shooting with using Propriomed. There was slightly better effectiveness in the beginning of the training than in the end. Players subjective feedback given was stated as "easiness shooting hand". Also more attempts were directly scored to basket, when the ball not touched the ring or the board. Conclusion: Exercise with Propriomed is useful for basketball player's during the training of shooting. Keywords: Propriomed- shooting - basketball - posture

Title: Comparison of shooting efficiency among wheelchair basketball players with respect to their point classification Objective: To compare basketball shooting efficiency of wheelchair players according to their point classification. To compile brief history of wheelchair basketball in Czech Republic till January 2018 and to frame basketball shooting technique theory of wheelchair players. Methods: Structured observation, recording and comparison were basic methods of this research. Correlative - predictive approach was used. Each wheelchair player went step by step through this research having done together 30 shooting attemps consisting of 3- shot sets from 10 different spots. One player shooting record together with limbering up took approximately 20 minutes. To verify gained results additional data collection was done for all players in period of 4 weeks. Pilot research for diploma thesis was the part of this bachelor thesis.Video record of basketball match was prepared in order to verify analogic tendencies in game condition. Results: Results of this research are compiled in charts and text version. They are analysed in Discussion chapter. Title: The effectiveness of offensive game going on in phases depending on the leight of their duration (on the example of elite basketball team). The target is to learn and review the game offensive efficiency of the best world basketball teams depending on the game offensive phase duration. I am going to focus on the national US basketball team during the last parts of the World Championship FIBA 2010 in Turkey and 2014 in Spain, concretely 1/8 final, quarterfinal, semi-final and final, where I can count with the maximal try to win. The method is to learn, analyze and evidence of the chosen game play effects. I am able to analyze every game offensive phase by the way of game record and to evaluate which phase is the most effective depending on its duration. The target is to review the game offensive efficiency of the best world basketball teams (US national team) depending on the game offensive phase duration. The work should be benefit for basketball coaches in their basketball players' trainings. The main importance is to set the players' game activities which guide the team performance in its offensive phase and get to successful score. Comparison of the game perfomarmance efficiency on the 2014 World Championchips for woman in Turkey

Title: Comparison of the game performance efficiency on the 2014 World Championship for woman in Turkey. Objectives: Compare and describe the effectiveness of selected performance gaming indices in all matches played during the 2014 World Championship in Turkey. The partial aim of the thesis is to find out the relation of the game indicators and the result of the match, which has a difference of 10 or less points. Methods: The main method is the secondary analysis of data that was obtained by direct observation during a match. These data are available to the public on the fiba.com web site in clear tables. Their values were analyzed and subsequently described and evaluated. Results: Using quantitative data processing, we have confirmed the improved efficiency of winning cooperatives in most of the tracked gaming indicators. We also confirmed the inadequate interdependence between one game factor and the result in a match. Basketball Fitness Training of Junior Categories in the Czech Republic

Title: Basketball Fitness Training of Junior Categories in the Czech Republic Objectives: Collection of information about the approach to basketball fitness training of junior categories - girls and boys - in the Czech Republic. The emphasis was placed on frequency and structure of fitness training in relation to various training seasons. Methods: Data were gained by means of questionnaire survey. After accomplishing of a pilot survey an unstandardized questionnaire together with related information was sent by e-mails to trainers of teams acting during the 2016/17 season in the Czech basketball federation competitions (namely to trainers of teams of these categories: juniors U19 - boys and girls - extra league, league, cadets U17 - boys and girls - extra league, league. Results: My theses presents information about the situation and conception of fitness training in given age categories and competitions. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the first one the basic terms and foundations are explained and in the following one the data collected by means of anonymous unstandardized questionnaire survey are presented. 30 respondents (trainers of mentioned categories) took place in the survey. Title: The comparison of tests of playing skills and playing performance in primary school pupils Objectives: The aim of the thesis is the comparison of skill tests with the actual skills performance in individual matches of floorball, football and handball. Methods: The thesis is based on qualitative methods, where observation was used to obtain the results. The final points are obtained via the numeric scales which contain the verbal characteristics. Results: In the groups we found out that pupils who demonstrated competence in skill tests were better evaluated in the individual gaming performance than the pupils who did not prove their proficiency in the skill tests.
