The thesis contains an evaluation of the economic situation of a building company using a financial analysis and establishes a financial plan for the following year. The theoretical part defines terms such as building company, asset structure and accounting statements used. The following part discusses the financial planning and various methods of financial analysis including its characteristics. The case study describes the economic situation of the building company in the period in question expressed by way of selected financial analysis methods. The aim of the thesis is to assess the company development within the specified six years and to prepare a financial plan for the following year.

The theme of diploma´s thesis is a managerial accounting as a bulding management. The diploma´s thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explain the term construction company and it´s management and subsequently describes the issue of accounting with a more detailed specification of financial and managerial accounting. The practical part is already focused on a particular construction company for which a model of management accounting is designed as a tool for managing a construction company.

This diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of financial resources for the acquisition of real estate. Specifically, the thesis deals with the issue of purchasing an apartment using a mortgage loan. In this case, the investor is a young married couple. The diploma thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with housing, the real estate market, real estate valuation and real estate financing sources in its chapters. The practical part primarily focuses on the choice of the banking institution, which will provide the couple with a mortgage loan, and also the banking institutions, which will provide the consumer with a consumer credit for financing the remaining necessary amount of the flat price.
Management of municipal property

This master thesis deals with management of municipality property municipality Stará Turá in the years 2013 - 2018. The theoretical part defines the territorial self-government in the Slovak republic, as well as management of the municipality, budget revenues and budget expenditures and municipality property. The analytical part contains basic information about the village Stará Turá, analysis and subsequent management of municipality property in the years. The last part deals with the possible utilization of the economic result for improvement of the municipality of Stará Turá.

This thesis is about creation of financial plan for the business plan in the area of HVAC. The business plan is about project office, that designs materials used by realisation company. The real market situation was considered during making financial plan and it was made in 2 versions – pesimistic and optimistic. Optimistic version deals with ideal state of company, with a lot of contracts, its purpouse is how to develop our bussiness. Pesimistic version operates with minimal possible income for realistic business.

The content of the thesis is a proposal for a business plan. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is described the business intention briefly characterized business plan. The business plan is presented in a practical part and deals in detail with market analysis, marketing plan, business size, placement, personnel resources and financial plan. As part of the business plan, a marketing survey, financial plan and financial analysis are set out. Based on these factors, the profitability of the enterprise and the reality of the business plan are determined at the end of the work.
Determining the Tax Burden on a Natural Person

Bachelors thesis is generaly focused on the characterization and classification of taxes. It also point to the importance of taxes as income to the state budget. The first part defines taxes and divides them into group according to different criteria. It describes the tax as income to the state, village and region budget from 1993 to the present. The second part has the task to determine the procedure for the distribution of personal income tax in terms of several options. It compares the redistribution of this tax in the native region against the neighboring regions and some other regions in the Czech Republic.

This bachelor thesis analyses the development of the real estate market in the certain area. In the theoretical part it explains the basic terms of real estate market, the most used laws and real estate rules and identifies the particular kinds of estate. Furthermore it defines the factors which affect the real estate market, the process how the price of real estate is made. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis is done analysis of the real estate market in the area of Sereď and Galanta. The analyses is made on the segment of apartments. In the next part the development of real estate price is compared between the two given areas, the development of real estate price in the region in which the two towns lay is compared to the development of real estate prices in Sereď. The last part belongs to the prediction of the real estate price in 2018.
Financial Analysis of Construction Company

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a financial analysis of MSO Trade a.s. in the period 2012-2016. The thesis consists of two main parts. In the first part is theooretically defined financial analysis, its intention, the users, the data sources and the methods used to assess the financial situation. The bachelor thesis uses absolute, differential and ratio indicators. In the second part a case study of the selected company was prepared using the methods described in the theoretical part. Based on the outputs of the financial analysis, overall summaries have been compiled, which draws recommendations for further business direction.
