Several Optical Designs of Off-Axis systems

This paper introduces several types of optimized off-axis mirror systems. Systems without central shading and color defects provide high-contrast imaging. They are suitable for use as astronomical telescopes or as precision laboratory collimators of parallel light beams. Many of these devices have been designed and constructed for various purposes in the Development Optical Workshop of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
A Glued Objective Lens of the Steinheil Type

This paper analyses the achromatic dublets with an entrance lens of the flint glass. The objective lens of this construction were devised by German physician Carl August Steinheil in the half of the 19 th century. Several pieces of these dublets were manufactured for astronomical purposes in our workshop in the past. We discuse the mathematical evaluation and the method of manufacture of the glued Steinheil objective with plane exit surface.
The Telescopes of Dall-Kirkham

The paper deals with the optical aberrations of the two-mirror telescopes composed of the ellipsoidal primary and the spherical secondary mirrors. The system was discovered by Horace Dall and Alan Kirkham at the end of the Twenties of the 20th Century. Its optical elements are easy to manufacture and measure. These telescopes can be equipped by lens correctors and turned into multipurpose devices both for planetary observation and wide field photography. Several telescopes were manufactured in workshop of the Toptec Center in Turnov.
The quality of the pedagogical-psychological advisory. Prevention of socially undesirable phenomena in the Ústí nad Labem region

Education is a personal and social investment, and it must be of high quality to achieve the expected economical, social, and personal progress. The education system includes pedagogical-psychological advisory services, which are aimed at helping children and adolescents to resolve problems occurring in their upbringing, education process, and employment selection. In the Czech Republic, the pedagogicalpsychological advisory is provided particularly at school age level and within school advisory departments. Unlike the quality and effectiveness of education, the quality of the advisory services, which includes diagnostics, methodology, and prevention, has never been treated with the appropriate attention. The advisory facility employees provide services for children, their parents, and for the pedagogical employees at schools. One of the tasks of the advisory facility, which is currently growing in significance, is the provision of services for the prevention of socially undesirable phenomena in children and youths. The scope of this document is describe a test that investigates an achievable micro-roughness realized on different types of optical glasses [R1] that are planned to be employed for realization of PROBA3 coronagraph telescope. The test is realized with respect to the technological manufacturing possibilities of optical elements at TOPTEC facility.
