Phylogeny and genetic diversity of two solitary African mole-rat genera \kur{Heliophobius} and \kur{Georychus}

Two solitary genera of African mole-rats, Heliophobius and Georychus, had been for a long time considered as monotypic, yet some of the recent studies proposed species complexes. This thesis evaluates intrageneric relationships of both genera by using extended dataset of six nuclear markers and a large number of loci acquired during ddRADseq. Both datasets confirmed highly genetically structured populations within both genera. Nevertheless, while multilocus coalescent based on nuclear markers defined nine gene pools within Heliophobius and five within Georychus, processing of ddRADseq data revealed both, significantly finer (fineRADstructure) or broader (Infomap) structure. Based on the genetic evidence, we are inclined towards using two species within genus Heliophobius, comprised of northern and southern lineages separated by Eastern Arc Mountains, and one species for all evolutionary lineages of Georychus. The final taxonomic revision should await further morphological, ecological, or behavioural studies.

"Instagramovatelná" Itálie yperreálné fotografie na sociální síti Diplomová práce věnuje čnosti a retušované digitální stovatelské fotografie na sociální síti Instagram. Uživatelé sociální sítě formují řadu simulací zapříčiňují posun významů v pomocí předdefinovaných filtrů, mas a další postprodukční ými transformují interpretaci reality do té míry, až v konečném důsledku vytvářejí oslovný význam ve sdělení vždy doprovází také konotativní promluva, přičemž obě složky sdělení není možné oddělit. V mnoha případech konotaci do vizuálního obsahu vkládají právě sami tvůrci, aby dosáhli svého záměru. analytické část této práce zaměř vybrané "instagramovatelné" cestovatelské které zásahy do obrazu a nabalováním dalších významů a kontextů postupně ztrácí spojení s prvního řádu Cílem této práce je ukázat, jakým způsobem je budována hyperrealita v konkrétní cestovatelských fotografiích, které blogeři sdílí se vlastně žádá od cestovatelské fotografie sdílené na sociální síti líčová slova:

Diverzita pelagických diplonem na vertikálním gradientu

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the diversity of the recently discovered group of marine protists- diplonemids. Only a few species were known until the results from the Tara Oceans Expeditions revealed their extreme diversity and abundance in the global ocean ecosystem. Nowadays, they are considered to be the most diverse planktonic eukaryotes. The data available from the Tara Oceans expeditions indicate vertical stratification of eupelagonemids (group of diplonemids), but these studies are based only on limited sampling. The main objective of this thesis is to find and compare eupelagonemids from samples collected in Adriatic Sea in the whole dept spectrum using environmental sequencing methods.
