Measurement of the asynchronous motor

The work deals with the methods of measurement of various types and characteristics of induction engines is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter introduces us to the history superficially induction engines and the direction of work. The second chapter is devoted to different types of tests on this induction engines. The third chapter lists the results of measurements on two engines also known as type AOM090L02-016 (which is equipped with single layer winding) and type AOM090L02-017 (which is equipped with a double layer winding). In the end this work describing measurement of torque characteristics from run-up characteristic by using PC and freewheel.

Tepelný model vysokootáčkového asynchronního motoru

Tato práce se zabývá tepelnými výpočty vysokootáčkového stroje. V první části je popsáno rozdělení mechanických ztrát elektrického točivého stroje a proveden výpočet ztrát ve vzduchové mezeře a na kruzích rotoru. Tyto výpočty jsou provedeny na základě vztahů zohledňujících tření rotoru o okolní tekutinu. V další části je provedena literární rešerše na téma tepelných výpočtů a je zde popsán princip výpočtu metodou tepelných sítí. V~poslední části se nachází tepelná síť navržená pro konkrétní stroj a tabulka s výslednými teplotami v důležitých částech stroje.

Thermal Model of Outer Rotor Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine

This thesis deals with the analysis of losses generated in the machine, construction of permanent synchronous machines with the outer rotor, and description of relations for heat transfer. Moreover, in this thesis, the ways these machines cool are described. This thesis describes methods of evaluating temperatures and the conductive heat transfer approximation and optimization of the LPTN. Last but not least, machine learning based on the measured data is used for temperature estimation.

The Weekend of Dermot & Grace: Eugene R. Watters' Long Modernist Poem

Literární odkaz irského básníka, prozaika, dramatika a esejisty Eugena Rutherforda Watterse (později publikujícího pod jménem Eoghan Ó Tuairisc) zahrnuje jak díla v angličtině, tak práce psané irsky. Tento významný představitel irského modernismu byl však dosud z velké části přehlížen literární kritikou. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na Wattersovu ambiciózní dlouhou modernistickou báseň The Week-End of Dermot and Grace (Víkend Dermota a Grace) vydanou roku 1964, které se doposud dostalo pouze zběžného kritického zhodnocení. Po formální stránce báseň vykazuje spřízněnost s díly vysokého modernismu, zvláště pak s poezií T.S. Eliota, a to především co do mnohoznačnosti Wattersova jazyka, který využívá široké škály intertextuálních referencí. Po stránce tematické se báseň dotýká shození první atomové bomby na Hirošimu 6. srpna 1945 americkým letectvem. Tato přelomová událost na Watterse silně zapůsobila a inspirovala ho k úvahám o podstatě víry, civilizace, technologie a kolektivní viny v kontextu irské neutrality za druhé světové války. Zkáza japonského města ve jménu západních hodnot ho též přiměla uvažovat nad rolí básníka a poezie v moderním "atomovém věku". Losses And Heat In High-Speed Machines

This paper deals with thermal calculations of high-speed machines. The first part of the paper is focused to determination of mechanical losses that are dominant in high-speed machines. Based on the presented procedures, a calculation of machanical losses of the specific high-speed machine was performed. The second part of the paper deals with a description of a thermal network for modeling of temperatutes in the motor .
