Comparison of Offering Property Prices in CZ - AU Border Areas

The aim of this work is to compare family houses prices and analyse real estate markets in the Czech Republic - Austria border areas. The prices of property are compared in two ways: by residental areas and the method of comparing difference index. It has been found, that the property prices in Austria are higher than the property prices in the Czech Republic. As well as, necessary costs associated with a purchase are higher. Nevertheless from the perspective of a possible slump in prices, a purchase of real estate in Austria is a more secure investment.
Comparison of Selected Methods of Valuation of Holiday Cottage-type Real Estate Used also for Permanent Housing in the Brno City Area

My thesis work will go in theoretical part about explanation of basic terms, that are commonly used in valuation of real estates like recreation cottages, which are used for permanent living. Way of preparation for measuring and imporant tools used during measuring proces are also described here. Individual ways of valuation are used in practical part. Result will be valorization of used methods and evaluation of the best method for each locality and type of real estate.

The subject of my thesis is a comparison of selected methods of measurement suitable for land in the Znojmo area, assess the appropriateness of valuation methods in comparison with the cost of actually realized by sale, devise a procedure for pricing and evaluating the most common method of valuation of land in the selected location. For this work I chose the land, the sale was conducted last year by one of Znojmo Realtors.
