Irena Opatrná Novotná Objectives: The main aim of this these sis to describe the possibilities of physiotherapy threatment of patient after distal radius fracture. The summary of theoretical knowledge and a case study of one patient. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated in the form of a literature research. It describes the important information of anatomy, kinesiology and hand function. The traumatology side discusses possible fractures in the area of the forearm, the possibilities of treating the injuries and the most commonly used physiotherapeutic methods. The special part is a case study of a patient after distal radius fracture. The special part includes input and output assesment, description of the individual therapeutic units and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. The data for the special part of the thesis were obtained in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague, Vysočany since 13. 1. 2020 to 7. 2. 2020. Case study of the physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total knee replacement

This thesis deals with problematics of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in a complex range. It is divided into two parts - the general one and the special one. The general part of the thesis targets on theoretical knowledge of the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, knee arthritis and TKA as the most performed method of therapeutic intervetion in advanced stages of knee arthritis. Secondly, the special part contains the case study of the physiotherapeutic treatment in patient after TKA. Non-invasive methods and approaches in a range of the knowledge of the bachelor's studies on the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University, were used during the pshysiotherapeutic treatment. Improvement of the patient's clinical status in almost all sections was the result of the physiotherapeutic intervention.

Title: The case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total endoprothesis of a knee joint Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the processing of case reports about one patient during the bachelor's practice, which took place in the hospital Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu. This is a case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient with artrotic diagnosis with implantation of total endoprosthesis of the left knee joint. The patient was hospitalized on 9 January 2019 and the surgery took place on 10 January 2019. Methods: The thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part explains anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint. Further, the thesis deals with the description of arthrotic disease, surgical treatment by application of endoprosthesis and physiotherapeutic care after surgery. The content of the special part is a case study of the patient. From physiotherapeutic methods, I used soft tissue techniques, Lewit's mobilization and postisometric relaxation, sensomotorcal stimulation by Janda, exercises according to muscle test and Kabat's method PNF. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case report on physiotherapy care of a patient with an ankle joint osteosynthesis on the right side. Aim of the thesis: The aim of my bachelor thesis is to write up a case report of a patient and to compile theoretical and also practical explanation of the ankle joint osteosynthesis issue. Methodology: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - a general one and a special one. The general part deals with the anatomy of an ankle joint, kinesiology and biomechanics of the feet, traumatology in this area and physiotherapy methods suitable for a therapy after the fracture of an ankle joint. The special part is compiled as a case report of a patient. It contains an anamnesis, an input kinesiological analysis, plans and aims of the therapy. In the next step individual therapeutic entities, an output kinesiological analysis and the evaluation of a therapy effect are described there. This thesis is divided into two main parts, which are part general and special. General part describes of anatomy upper limb girdle, kinesiology, instability and shoulder joint luxation, last but not least clinical state, therapy and physiotherapy patient after shoulder joint luxation. In the second, special part consists casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient after luxation of L shoulder joint. Casuistry was elaborated in C.L.P.A. Vysočany from 7th January to 28th January 2014. Title: Casuistry of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with a Colles fracture diagnosis. Objective: The main aim of my bachelor thesis is an explanation of theoretical knowledge of the Colles fracture, further processing a casuistry and a report of the rehabilitation care for the patient. Methods: This work was based on a four-week work practise at the Movement Apparatus Treatment Center. The work is divided into two sections. In the general section, I describe the anatomy and kinesiology of the wrist and hand, fractures in general, their classification, diagnosis, healing and treatment options. Then I describe fractures of a distal radius, possible complications and appropriate therapy. A special section focuses on casuistry of a patient after Colles fracture. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of status after ankle fracture osteosynthesis. Aim: The aim of this bachelor' s thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with this diagnoses. Methods: This research was based on the processing of literature on the topic. It is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part contains basic information about anatomy and function of the ankle joint, kinesiology. It contains also traumatology, physioterapeutic methods and procedures that can be used in a patient with mentioned diagnosis. The special part contains casuistic of a patient and includes anamnestic data, input kinesiological analysis. The therapies are processed individually according to the patient' s attendance and are finished with the output of kinesiological analysis with evaluation of the therapy effects.
