Title: Influence of completion the introductory course in the study of Faculty of physical education and sport students Objectives: Evaluation of potencional conection between completing voluntary introductory course at Máchovo jezero and study succes of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague students. Definiton of connection words succes and studying, and provision of recommendation for board of faculty based on gained informations, if there is connection between course between course and studying and how to edit course to be more effective. Methods: Main research methods in this thesis are used kvantify questionnaire and in-depth interview with main organizer of event. Research file is made by students, who were hired for studying at faculty in years 2014-2018, beacuse examined course took same place and activites during these years. Title: Establishment of a Non-Profit Organization Providing Sports Activities with Focus on Law and Organizational Structure Targets: The target of the work is to create a guide describing how to proceed with establishment of a non-profit organization providing sport activities from the legal point of view. Another target of the work is a creation or determination of an organizational structure for sport oriented non-profit organization with a membership of up to 100 members. Methods of research: The following methods were used to create a business plan: literature research, document analysis, semi-structured interview with an attorney-at- law relating to issues of establishment of a non-profit organization, semi-structured interview with a bookkeeper of AK Zlín relating to non-profit organization financing and tax issues. Results: The result of the work is a guide describing particular steps of a process relating to establishment of a non-profit organization. The guide includes necessary documentation for establishment of a sport club as a registered association. Title: Public television in Europe and their involvement in sports Objectives: The main object of this bachelor thesis is to make a draft of new services and ideas for an improvement of ČT Sport channel. This draft will be based on ascertained data, elaborated analysis and comparison of how public television across Europe work. Methods: In the bachelor thesis were used qualitative methods to gather needed data. First was used structured questionaire for communication with chosen employes from foreign public TV. Also were used structured and unstructured interviews with employes from Czech TV, specifically ČT Sport. The last method used was the analysis of secondary data. Results: The results prove high effectivness and usage of all resources available for ČT Sport, that is able to produce high quality content with just a fraction of the budget. The fraction is presented as an amount of resources in comparison with other foreign public TV. Also were compared chosen public TV across Europe, and were indentified high quality services that they provide. Title: Perception of the Red Bull brand in the field of sports by Z generation Objectives: The main objective of this work is to identify the current perception of the Red Bull brand in sports from the perspective of the Z generation. Through marketing research, penetrate the awareness of sporting events organized by the company and find out the knowledge of Red Bull athletes among the young generation. Methods: In the bachelor's thesis, there are used methods of qualitative and quantitative research. More specifically, the technique of in-depth interviews and electronic questioning is used in these areas. Qualitative research is used to obtain information for understanding the overall corporate identity and defining questions for research. The method of quantitative research examines the current perception of the Red Bull brand by the Z generation. Results: The results of the research show that the image of the Red Bull brand is perceived very positively by the Z generation and the brand is attributed the desired characteristics. The young generation perceives the brand mainly as a confident, relaxed, funny, and professional and life loving brand. Title: Marketing Communication of Trebic Nuclears Objectives: This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of existing marketing comunication. The main goal of this thesis is to suggest improvements and changes of the actual marketing communication of the club. Methods: Qualitative research was prepared in this thesis. The research consists of focus group where the members of the Třebíč Nuclears Development Council took part. I also used method of qualitative interview in the form of semi-structured interview. The interview was with PR manager Robert Vávra and with member of the Development Council Michaela Hobzová. During the research was also used method of the long-term observation. Results: It was found that the current marketing communication of the sports club fulfills certain marketing goals which were set however not all the communication instruments are fully utilized. The analysis shows that the club has the greatest shortcomings in the promotion of youth categories, which in principle has a major impact on overall attendance. Title: Aplication of a business plan for the development of Judo Heroes, Institute Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to apply the business plan to the condition of non-profit organisation Judo Heroes, Institute (JH), so to help the founders or other employees with strategic management or provide a substruction of external fund. Methods: The thesis contains desk research based on data analysis provided by Czech Statistical Office, Judo Heroes, Institute, their founders and Czech Judo Union. Other ressource was data on competitors websites, The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and individual schools. The research in the analysis of direct competition contained 4 competitors, which are (according to criteria set by the author) all direct competitors operating on the market. A simplified SWOT analysis was created for the largest direct competitor. The research in the analysis of indirect competition consists of 374 sports clubs and is based on websites study of all Prague schools, which present the prices on web. Title: The proposal for a sponsorship business concept for a selected extreme athlete Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to create the proposal for business cooperation for prospective sponsors of a selected extreme athlete. Methods: The thesis uses the method of in-depth interviews, electronic questioning and document analysis. In-depth interviews are done in cooperation with a selected extreme athlete for whom is the proposal created and also with his sponsors. Electronic questioning is used to map sponsoring of the extreme kayaking in the world and the respondents are world lead sponsored riders from the whole world. Secondary research, the data analyses, was made from the available primary electronic resources. Results: The result of thesis are two specific proposals from potential sponsors. The proposals were created on the basis of a detailed analysis of a selected extreme athlete whose profile and functioning of current sponsorship was illustrated by in- depth interviews with current sponsors. The questionnaires for the recent best riders were made for better orientation in field of sponsoring extreme kayaking. Title: Application of social media as a modern tool for marketing communication for adaptive surf contest Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to create a content plan to improve propagation of Bali Adaptive Pro surf contest. Content plan will be made for social media platform - Instagram. Methods: There are two quantitative methods in this thesis. The first method is monitoring the Bali Adaptive Pro instagram profile. Another method is an in-depth interview. Monitoring method was chosen to obtain data and information that could be improved. In-depth interviews were conducted to understand adaptive surfing and to find practical advice in digital marketing. The first respondent is Jan Považan. Jan is a co-founder of the non-profit organization Adaptated, which is trying to motivate handicapped people to start with adrenaline sports. In particular, Jan's own experience with adaptive surfing and as a participant in adaptive surfing races in California was beneficial for this research. Income securing of professional athletes in Czech Republic

Title: Income protection of professional athletes Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current possibilities of income protection for professional athletes resulting from the laws valid in the Czech Republic, private law adjustments of selected sport organizations in the Czech Republic and in the offer of insurance commonly available on the Czech market. Methods: In the thesis is used a qualitative method of researchusing the technique of semi-structured in-depth interview with an expert in the field of financial consulting with a focus on professional athletes. Further, the analysis of secondary data offered by individual insurance companies and other entities offering life insurance and accident insurance on the Czech market is used. Results: The results of the thesis have shown that there are a number of options for professional athletes to protect their income. Given the lack of legislation, they have to relyon themselves to protect their income, but at the same time they are given the freedom to choose the legal form in which they operate and under which they pay income taxes. Of these, the most effective form appears to be the licensed trade. In the commercial market, athletes have the option to take out insurance to cover income-related risks. The insurance offered...

Title: Quality of sports services in private day care centers specializing in preschool education in Prague Objectives: The primary aim of this dissertation is to propose a suitable procedure for measuring the quality of sports services in private institutions specializing in pre-school education in Prague, from the customer's point of view. Methods: This study focuses on assessing the quality of sports services offered to children in private kindergartens. The study was conducted in the Czech Republic on a sample of ten private kindergartens based in Prague, which were selected from a register of private kindergartens compiled by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988) model of service quality, which was modified for the kindergarten environment, was used for the measurement. 510 parents participated in marketing research, representing 534 children. The questionnaire used, which was originally validated in the US, was transculturally translated. Three translators specializing in pre-school education participated in this intercultural transfer.
