Effect of occupational therapy on the client with mental and multiple disabilities

The Bachelor thesis entitled "Influence of occupational therapy on clients with intellectual and multiple disabilities" is focused on the effect of occupational therapy on people with disabilities. The theoretical part deals with the issue of the concept of occupational therapy, looks at its history and origin and defines the concept of mental retardation and Down syndrome. The second part focuses on the employment rate of people with intellectual disabilities. I'm finding out, how the therapy works upon them and whether it is beneficial for them. In the survey I used the method of observation and a partly free conversation. The results of the observation are processed in a detailed description of the client's skills, their evaluation and recommendation of further treatment.
The Social work and social services in Sakha Republic for disabled childrens and adolescents

In my Bachelor Thesis, I am focusing on the issue of social work, in the territory of the Republic of Sacha (Far Eastern Region of the Russian Federation), with target group - children and adolescents with disabilities. At the beginning, I have put a description of the traditions, for a better understanding of the Yakutian nature, including brief description of the history of the Republic of Sacha. Then I point out, to the history of formation of social work in the territory of the Republic with division - until 1917 and from 1917 until the present. The text includes a description of social services under the laws of the Russian Federation, criteria of health - social assessment service for determining the degree of disability, analysis of Russian and Yakutian legislation on state social support of the target group and their families. I continue to describe the providers of social services, in the territory of the Republic, for the given target group. I point out the possibilities of care and education, for the visually impaired from childhood, to adulthood, this is the topic of visually impaired people, in the Republic of Sacha. Aspects of everyday life in the Roma settlement

The aim of this work is to describe life in a Roma settlement on the basis of literature and then to capture it directly in reality and to compare these two views. In the introduction, I also deal with the general characteristics of the Roma when I turn to the specifics of the Roma settlement. In the practical part I used qualitative research methods with observation technique and verifying the information from the theoretical part directly in practice. Psychosocial needs of seniors in residential care

The Masters thesis deals with the psychosocial needs of seniors in residential care. The theoretical part characterizes the old age phenomenon as a natural part of human life. It describes the attitude of society to senior citizens and the status of the senior in the family system. The thesis focuses on the saturation of psychosocial needs of seniors within institutional care. Impact is placed on the role of a social worker in providing social help to these people. The research part detects through semi-structured interviews how the users of social services perceive the quality of their life in the retirement home. The results of the research are compared with the opinions of experts dealing with senior issues.
Home hospice care

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of home hospice care. There is a historical excursion into the issue, the legal framework for the provision of these field health and social services, a survey of the scope of providing these services in the Czech Republic and the practical aspects of the terrain performance of the service.
