Complex of methods for effective entrepreneurship of SMEs in the cultural sector

Základním cílem předloženého souboru metodik je poskytnout sektoru kultury nástroje, které umožní zlepšit řídící činnost především malých a středních organizací, ale zároveň se zlepší i možnosti trvalého a systematického rozvoje a transparentnost v komunikaci kulturních organizací, památek, orgánů státní správy a samosprávy, donorů a dalších, které jsou cílovými skupinami metodiky.

Gender specifics of female entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and Russia

This bachelor thesis is focused on the female entrepreneurship phenomenon in two business environments. Female entrepreneurs from two different countries with relatively new market economies are compared according to their personal interviews. The author describes their experience, motivation for starting a business and difficulties they face. Their decision-making and leadership styles, the way how they define success are also examined. Cross-culturally, the majority of women entrepreneurs has the same motivation for starting a business and also tends to have the same problems trying to develop their business. Western models of entrepreneurship are also examined if can be utilized in the post-socialist countries. In conclusion all the results of the study are summarized, new possible directions for research on female entrepreneurship are put forward. Finally, improvement proposals for government entrepreneurship policies and business climate are presented.

The first part will introduce the theory for a business plan. In practical part concrete plan will be settled which shows up every necessary steps to needed to get through while realization and outlines the various ideas and solutions to achieve good economic results of the organization. The author of this Masters Thesis deepens the knowledge of the preparation of business plans and complex view of critical sections of the analysis and indicators of project that will be implemented in the future.

Aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for a small specialized travel agency to assess and verify feasibility of the plan at today's very competitive tourism market. Benefit of this thesis is usability of findings and created business plan in practice. The work may also serve for preparation and realization of other business projects in the field of tourism, or as a general example of how to create a business plan. First theoretical part is focused on small and medium sized entrepreneurship, tourism industry with a focus on activities of travel agencies, and a methodology of creating a business plan. Subject of second practical part of the thesis is creation of a specific real business plan for establishing a travel agency and the plan's evaluation.

The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate the creation of a company business plan focused on mediating temporary jobs through the use of mobile applications and websites. Furthermore the thesis articulates, how the business plan serves to assess the project´s feasibility and evaluate the return on investment. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the business as well as the methods of creating a business plan. In the practical part these discoveries are applied to the formation of a business plan. The paper will give a brief introduction of the company followed by a description of the business opportunities, company goals, market potential, competition analysis, market strategy, implementation plan, constructing a financial plan, return on investment calculations, and establishing conditions for success. The conclusion is devoted to an overall assessment of the business plan.
Bussiness Project – Family Education Center

The main purpose of the Master Thesis is creation of the business plan on the establishment of the new preschool education institution Family Education Center. The center will be specialized in operating a kindergarten as well as in organizing educational and personal development activities for children and adults. The theoretical part of the thesis gives some insights on the importance of the entrepreneur and enterprises in the society, provides description of the basic requirements for a business plan and characteristics of the preschool education system in the Czech Republic. Practical part provides an application of the theoretical findings on the creation of the actual business plan. This part verifies the viability and competitiveness of the business project on the basis of the market analysis, marketing and financial plan.

The theoretical part explains the Corporate Social Responsibility and creating a business plan, which is at the base of business projects necessary. The practical part focuses on the practical foundation of a theater café and creating a business plan. The business plan is based on methods of market analysis and financial analysis. The aim of the thesis is the creation of a real business plan to establish a fictious theater café. The outcome of this work is to determine whether the establishment of a theater café is realistic and whether the undertaking is viable on the market.
Corporate Social Responsibility as part of Marketing Strategy

The aim of this Bachelor´s Thesis is the concept of corporate social responsibility and activities which this concept hides. This work also mentions the benefits of social responsibility for companies applying, critical voices, related concepts and terms, reporting and communication tools. In the practical part is an analysis of the perception of socially responsible companies from the perspective of consumers and the impact of corporate social responsibility on their buying behavior. For this purpose is involved a questionnaire survey, which is focused primarily on the Czech consumer. The aim is to determine whether the application of social responsibility can lead to greater demand for socially responsible products and which issues should companies focus on.

This work business plan contains theoretical bases and principles for creating business plan, which are then practically used in the practical part. The practical part discusses the business plan emerging Internet business focused on original clothes and fashion accessories with a pug dog motif. The model for the proposals became Kvído real pug, who lent his name to the brand. The business plan is for potential partner who would be interested in this project together.
