Large displacement and deformation measurement by frequency sweeping digital holography
Psota, P. ; Lédl, Vít ; Kaván, František ; Matoušek, O. ; Doleček, R.
Recently, a digital holographic method called Frequency Sweeping Digital Holography (FSDH) for high precision measurements of surface topography of mechanical parts has been introduced. The greatest advantage of the presented FSDH is the fact that the measurement is absolute. i.e. optical path difference is independently retrieved in every single pixel. This approach can therefore be used also for measurement of large displacements and deformation. FSDH is particularly suitable in cases where the common digital holographic methods fail due to e.g. 2π unambiguity problem or speckle decorrelation. Measurement method principles, setup details, an some features of the method are discussed.\n
Surface profilometry by digital holography
Psota, Pavel ; Lédl, Vít ; Kaván, František ; Matoušek, O. ; Mokrý, P.
This paper presents newly developed method for measurement of surface topography based on frequency scanning digital holography. Digital holography allows for direct computation of the phase field of the wavefront scattered by an object. A tuning of the light source optical frequency results in linear phase variation with respect to the optical frequency. Slope of the linear function in every single pixel corresponds to absolute measurement of optical path difference and thus topography map of the surface can be retrieved. Principle of this contactless method is introduced and experimentally verified. The method can be used for measurement of complex geometries of common manufacturing parts as well as for topography measurement of complex composite structures, and active acoustic metasurfaces.

Sarah Asfour Factors hampering the integration of Refugee Children Faktory ztěžující integraci uprchlických dětí Vedoucí práce: doc. PhDr. Oldřich Matoušek 2018 ABSTRACT The main aim of this thesis is to describe the factors that hamper the integration of Refugee Children into a new society. Factors that are mentioned in relation to integration are connected with an education gap, unfamiliarity with the language spoken in a new society, a bad economic situation of a family and its consequences and unstable or inappropriate housing. Social economic factors are also mentioned in the thesis. Child Labour closely linked to family conditions are discuess together with the worst form of it: child requitment into army. Refugee children coming from various backgrounds also may face many psychologically challenging situations when forcefully or willingly leaving their home country and other significant situations connected to their refugee status. In this thesis, I discuss psychological distresses that influence children's mental state due to war experience, migration experience, extended stays in refugee camps or post-migration stressors. In this thesis the situation of...
The significance of profession of an intercultural worker for social work in the Czech Republic: with focus on providing services for migrants in non-governmental non-profit organizations in Prague
Vávrová, Lucie ; Vodáčková, Daniela (advisor) ; Matoušek, Oldřich (referee)
in English The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of the profession of intercultural work for social work, with a specific focus on providing services to migrants, who are looking for help in non- state non-profit organizations in Prague. It describes the origins, approaches, resources and characteristics of the newly established profession, thus distinguishing intercultural work, but also interconnecting with social work. It also seeks to find out why migrants come to the Czech Republic, identifies differences in their motivation to migrate and points out the needs of this. These findings attempt to clarify the importance of intercultural work in the Czech Republic. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey carried out among clients of the Arabic and Russian-speaking communities from the non-governmental non-profit organization Integrační centrum Praha, o.p.s. and intercultural workers from Integrační centrum Praha, o.p.s. and InBáze, z.s. Research presents comparisons of the views of intercultural workers themselves and their clients on the way and the use of services provided.
Social work with traumatised children
Pachlová, Alena ; Hartošová, Tereza (advisor) ; Matoušek, Oldřich (referee)
(in English): The bachelor thesis deals with special techniques of communication with traumatized child in social work. The main purpose of the thesis is to find out whether social workers use special techniques of communication when they are working with children. The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical background and interviews with children within social work. At the end of the theoretical part are selected some of the best known techniques which were used in interview. The second part is focused on the research, which was realized by qualitative method, there is a purpose which is divided into two partial aims. One of them is focused on social work's education and the second one is about particular view of usage of special techniques.
Evaluation of zootherapy by the client of the center of educational care
Brhel, Robin ; Matoušek, Oldřich (advisor) ; Kodymová, Pavla (referee)
(in English): This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of zootherapy by the client of the center of educational care. The work includes a description of therapy (with the help of animals) which takes place in the educational centres in the Czech Republic. This thesis deals with the proces of therapy itself, outlines the work with a problematic groups of young people and last but not least, it deals with the perception and experience of a client during therapy. Moreover, there is quantitative research which was conducted in the form of a survey.
Comparison of specialist's cooperation during divorces in selected European countries
Mýlová, Kristýna ; Matoušek, Oldřich (advisor) ; Hulmáková, Jana (referee)
Due to the trend of still high rate of divorce cooperation between professionals offers possible tools which can lead to a more efficient and accelerated divorce process. This diploma thesis deals with the cooperation of interested professionals in divorce proceedings in selected European countries (German Cochem practise, practice from the United Kingdom and Slovakia). The theoretical part characterizes the current situation of the family, the role of professionals in our country and deals with the effects of divorce on children. The empirical part describes using qualitative research, method of documentary analysis and based on established criteria comparison of guardianship practices in the mentioned countries. This diploma thesis brings a view of the cooperation of interested professionals from abroad and points out the ways of cooperation, which can bring positive changes to the process of guardianship, which will lead to a de-sparring of the dispute. This will falicitate traumatized children, their parents and busy professionals.
Needs Analysis of the Management in the Counselling Centre for Citizenship/Civil and Human Rights
Břízová, Tereza ; Vojtíšek, Petr (advisor) ; Matoušek, Oldřich (referee)
I ABSTRACT The thesis deals with analysis of the needs of intermediate management of non- governmental organization Counselling Centre for Citizenship/Civil and Human Rights, whose main activity is providing social prevention service in the Czech Republic. The main object of the thesis is to identify the needs of intermediate management and to settle mechanisms which could help the organization to improve more. The methods used for obtaining relevant data were SWOT analysis, marketing mix and cost-benefit analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic terms related to non-governmental organizations with a focus to the Counselling Centre for Citizenship/Civil and Human Rights. The thesis furthermore identifies the needs of intermediate management, which are visible in need of better internal and especially external communication, where a PR specialist or PR agency should be of help to the organization. Keywords: analysis, management, non-governmental organization, external communication, PR
