Název práce: Pooperační fyziotherapeutická péče a terapie pacienta vyššího věku po hemiarthroplastice proximálniho femuru. Summary The aim of this dissertation is to demonstrate, analyse and evaluate a case study of post operative physiotherapeutic intervention and management after proximal femoral hemiarthroplasty, in elderly patient. This dissertation which was written and composed by myself is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the special. The first part describes all the anatomical structures of the hip joint including bones, joints, and soft tissue as well as neural and blood supply structures. The theoretical part also analyzes in depth from a biomechanical and kinesiology perspective the function of the hip joint and injury mechanisms in respect to a fracture event or age associated pathologies. Case Study of a Patient after Partial Hip Replacement

"Case Study of a Patient after Partial Hip Replacement" The following Bachelor thesis case study took place in Orthopedic Surgery department of the Central Military Hospital in Prague, Czech Republic. This thesis has been divided in to two section. The first section is a generally theoretical section that describes the lower limb, anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology and a basic general outlook on the femoral bone fractures and intervention. The second section which is the practical part of this thesis is focused on the analyses of a patient post a partial hip replacement surgery that's a consequence of a proximal femoral bone fracture. The section contains physiotherapeutic examinations that relate to the patient's condition and help clearly understand her overall clinical picture. The main goals of therapy approach was to reduce the patient's pain, restore function of the hip and the lower extremity in general to its optimal condition to enable the patient to resume activities of daily living. There was a positive outcome from the therapies applied. The pain around the hip that the patient used to feel decreased. Greater active and passive ranges of motion in the hip joint were achieved as well. The muscle tonus in the lower extremity also improved significantly. Off course the patient hasn't...

Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Total Knee Replacement

Abstraktní Název: Případová studie fyzioterapeutické léčby pacienta po totální náhradě kolene. Cíl práce: Cílem této práce je anatomické pochopení lidského kolena, následuje funkční anatomie člověka zkoumáním biomechanických a kineziologických aspektů kolena. Tento dokument bude dále diskutovat o tom, co vede k úplné výměně kolen. Prakticky je cílem této práce uvést teoreticky získané poznatky do praxe, protože zkoumá léčebný proces po totální náhradě kolenního kloubu. Klinické nálezy: pacient je 57 let starý muž, který byl dva dny po totální náhradě kolenního kloubu levého kolene. Potřeba nahrazení byla způsobena oboustrannou gonartrózou. Dokázal chodit s berlemi s částečným zatížením na levé noze. Pacient má velmi nízkou pohyblivost v levém koleni a bolesti (normální dva dny po operaci). Metody: všechny metody aplikované při terapii, kde na základě literatury nebo přednášek z Fakulty tělesné výchovy a sportu UK (Praha). Metody se skládaly hlavně z: technik měkké tkáně, postizometrické relaxace, protahovacích a aktivních posilovacích cvičení. Aktivní cvičení mělo rozmanitost a bylo přizpůsobeno pacientovým schopnostem. Pacient navíc obdržel další fyzioterapeutické metody od jiných odborníků v nemocnici, jako je kryoterapie a vodoléčba. Rehabilitation of Zone II Flexor Tendons after Surgical Repair

"Rehabilitation of Zone II Flexor Tendons after Surgical Repair" "Rehabilitace Zone II šlach flexorů po chirurgické korekci" (Title, Czech Language) Rozhodnutí o způsobu chirurgického zákroku, sádrová fixace po operaci, doporučená cvičení mají spolu s rehabilitačními technikami obrovský vliv na konečný výsledek u tohoto typu zranění. Tato práce je zaměřena na teoretické a praktické postupy u pacienta, který prošel chirurgickou korekci tržné rány flexor digitorum superficialis (FDS) a flexor digitorum profundus (FDP) v Zone II na třetím prstu levé ruky a následnou standartní fyzioterapeutickou léčbou. Na tomto případu se pokusím vysvětlit důležitost způsobu provedení chirurgické korekce, výběru fixace a následného rehabilitačního programu a jejich vliv na celkový výsledek. Případ pacienta je založen na mé klinické praxi v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici (UVN) v době od 9. do 20. ledna 2017. Pacientem byl 31-letý muž, kterému byla provedena chirurgická korekce flexoru digitorum superficialis (FDS), flexoru digitorum profundus (FDP) v Zone II na třetím prstu levé ruky. Důvodem byl pacientův pracovní úraz dlátem, kdy došlo k tržné ráně třetího prstu v Zone II. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí.
