Kimmer, D. ; Vincent, I. ; Dudák, J. ; Bergerová, E. ; Petras, D. ; Lev, J. ; Holba, Marek ; Kalhotka, L. ; Mikula, Přemysl ; Kořínková, R. ; Kubáč, L.
Procedures permitting to prepare homogeneous functionalized nanofibre structures based on polyurethanes modified by phthalocyanines (PCs) by employing a suitable combination of variables during the electrospinning process are presented. Compared are filtration and bacteria deactivation properties of nanostructures without PCs, modified in bulk and with PCs embedded into polyurethane chain by a covalent bond protecting the release of active organic compound during the filtration process. Finding that the functionalized nanofibre structures have an effect on bacterial growth was confirmed by microbiological, physico-chemical and molecular biological analyses, such as the inoculation in a nutrient agar culture medium, flow cytometry and real-time polymerase chain reaction.
Additive Injekt Pattering of Semiconductoring and UV-Absorbing Layer Stacks
Dzik, P. ; Veselý, M. ; Morozová, Magdalena ; Kubáč, L. ; Klusoň, Petr
These paper inpired futher cooperation of Brno and Prague teams resulting into a new project focusing onto the development of inject direct patternable titania coating based on the Prague team's original sol-gel reverse micelles dipcoated composition. Separate original research atricle giving detailed information on the sol development, optimization the photoexcitation properties of the TiO0 printed layers as well as on its photocatalytic aktivity have been published recently.

Thin Films with Photoresponse Modulation
Klusoň, Petr ; Morozová, Magdalena ; Dzik, P. ; Veselý, M. ; Kubáč, L.
The deposition of the thin special UV filter on the prepared TiO2/ITO electrode causes the active TiO2 layer area covering. This partially covered electrode will produce various values of the photogenerated current depending on the covered area. This effect can be used in the field of sensors, e.g. photoresponding protection elements.

Double layer humidity sensor based on phthalocyanine derivatives
Rakušan, J. ; Karásková, M. ; Hamáček, A. ; Řeboun, J. ; Kubáč, L. ; Černý, J. ; Rais, David ; Nešpůrek, Stanislav
New type of humidity sensors based on double layer structure consisting of hydrophilic and hydrophobic phthalocyanine derivatives is presented. The sensor shows high sensitivity in the range from 20 to 90 % relative humidity (RH), good long-time stability and fast response. The impedance change vs. RH is quasi-linear in semilogarithmic plot and fully reversible.
