Quantification of turbulence by the Equivalent Temperature Gradient
Kovaľová, Alžbeta ; Látal,, Jan (oponent) ; Hudcová, Lucie (vedoucí práce)
The diploma thesis is focused on the optical beam propagating in the atmosphere in a wireless communication optical link. The first part of the work explains the atmospheric transmission media with turbulence and its effects on reliability of the optical system. The second part introduces methods for turbulence determination based on a statistical approach to turbulence quantification are introduced. In the third part, method of equivalent temperature gradient is described with the advantage of immediate turbulence evaluation. The output of this thesis is the model of turbulent environment formed by the optical elements. Analysis of turbulent properties and non-reciprocal nature of turbulent channel is processed by a 2D simulator based on the mentioned model and method of equivalent temperature gradient.
The robotic system state indicator
Kovaľová, Alžbeta ; Kubíček, Michal (oponent) ; Šotner, Roman (vedoucí práce)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and creation of a status indicator for robotic system developed in Y Soft. Part of this work is the design and implementation of communication between the status indicator and the superior device testing system. A printed circuit board is designed and constructed, and then a microcontroller is programmed and the CAN bus communication is implemented. Subsequently, the device is integrated into the company system for robotic testing, where its functionality is verified.
Beam Deflection Analysis of the Turbulent Matrix Model
Kovaľová, Alžbeta ; Hudcová, Lucie
This paper is focused on the analysis of optical beam deflection by propagation through a matrix model of a turbulent cascade. The technique of turbulent cell modeling with a matrix description of the used optical elements is explained. There are introduced two turbulent models. In the first model, the influence of the position and dimensions of the turbulent cells on the beam deflection is observed. In the second model, the matrix turbulent medium between the transmitter and receiver is matrix-defined due to the data from the analysis of the deflection parameters.
Quantification Of Turbulence By The Equivalent Temperature Gradient
Kovaľová, Alžbeta
This work gives an introduction to the analysis of optical beam transmission througha turbulent atmosphere using matrix optics. A model of a cascade of turbulent cells is shownand a modified method of equivalent temperature gradient is introduced for the final calculationof the turbulence intensity.
