The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of the thematic map using the RTK method, finding an appropriate method for measuring inaccessible points. The locality of interest for geodetic surveying is Brno – Vinohrady, nearby Pálavské námestie. The result of this thesis is the thematic map created in scale of map 1 : 500, according to the directions for creating thematic maps.
High speed acquisition system
Svoboda, Tomáš ; Kováč, Michal (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
This master's thesis is focused on the design of a highspeed aquizition system which is based on FPGA and a highspeed AD converter with modern JESD204B interface. Considering the requirements, such as high samplig rate, the current range of available devices is limited. Therefore the market overview of the modern IC and modules was made. The resulting design is based on available modules, so the rached sampling rate is up to 5 GSa/s with 12bits resolution. Data from measurement are send to PC via Ethernet which uses lwIp stack and TEMAC core on Microblaze proccessor.

Technical analysis from investor's point of view
Kandera, Filip ; Brada, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Kováč, Michal (referee)
The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to define the basic terms of technical analysis, to create automated trading systems based on particular indicators and to analyze their profitability by testing on historical data. The subsequent comparison of systems' yields with government bond yield and systems' yields individually will determine their profitability and evaluate their use in trading the currency pair. I want to achieve this goal by explaining the basic concepts and methods of technical analysis in the theoretical part. In the practical part, automated trading systems will be set up on a trading platform and applied them to annual historical data. At last, I will make recommendations for the use of trading systems according to results. The main benefit of this work is to verify the profitability of automated trading systems and to assess whether they are suitable for real-time trading.
Technical and economic aspects of payment transactions
Barvíková, Kamila ; Brada, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Kováč, Michal (referee)
Thesis describes technical and economic aspects of payment transaction using the empirical analysis on real data of payment institution. It focuses on the description of selected products provided by payment institution and empirically analyzes them on the basis of the available data in terms of the number of transactions in individual currencies, the ratio of product types utilization and clearing and settlement used by the payment institution. The thesis also describes the security requirements necessary for the conduct of payment transactions on the Internet for non-technically educated audiences. At the end of the thesis there are several recommendations for the development of payment institution based on empirical knowledge from data analysis, which can be used for further analysis of the payment institution.
Development of high resolution RGB camera
The thesis discusses a new visual functional programming language and its use for data mining. The language is called Ferda and forms an integral part of the Ferda system, which is an application that has been created for data mining with the GUHA method. Functions of the language are represented by boxes. The source code is written as a connection of boxes; source files are project files of the Ferda system. The thesis describes the status of the Ferda system before this work from the point of view of the visual programming and describes possible enhancements to source files, then it presents a new basic set of boxes for the Ferda language and proposes other possible extensions of the language. Some of these proposals have been implemented as a part of this thesis. The last part includes examples of the use of the new language for data mining. One of these has also been implemented as a part of this thesis.
