Resynthesis of oilseed rape from Brassica rapa and Brassica oleracea

In order to extend the variability of the genofond, so-called resynthesis can be used, when new genotypes are created by crossing selected Brassica rapa and B. oleracea, by early isolation of immature embryos from young eggs and their in vitro fertilization (Hilgert-Delgado et al., 2015). It has been shown that resyntetized genotypes are distinct from rape materials grown at present (Sosnowska et al., 2010), so that they can serve as a source of new variability in breeding programs focusing on cytoplasmic and pollen sterility, resistance to pathogens and tolerance to stresses (Warwick et al., 2009). Representatives of the initial components are characterized by wide variability in terms of morphology and agronomic characteristics, and are a prospective source of heterosis and other traits (Wu et al. The use of resyntetized genotypes for the direct production of rapeseed varieties is not possible due to the poor quality of the seed of these materials. It is mainly the high content of glucosinolates and erucic acid, typical of most of the initial components (Jesske et al., 2013). However, the required properties can be transferred by crossing to conventional breeding materials (Hilgert-Delgado et al., 2017).

Determination of the frost tolerance of rapeseed varieties in early stages of plant development

The methodology is focused on the determination of frost tolerance of varieties, breeding materials and gene sources of rapeseed in the early stages of plant development using a direct frost test. Rapeseed plants grow in pots located outdoors under natural conditions. The sowing of germinated rapeseed seeds is carried out during October so that until the end of November the plants reach the first leaf stage. The plants are exposed to a frost test in pots from December to February according to the described procedures.

In vitro selection of rapessed for drought, cold stress and pathogen tolerance

Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) is one of the three main oil-producing crops in the world. Drought, cold and pathogen are the major stresses, which adversely affect rapeseed growth and productivity. Tissue culture based in vitro selection has emerged as a feasible and cost-effective tool for developing stress-tolerant plants. This review desribes the rape in vitro selections to increase resistance to the above stresses. In recent years, the role of proline was discussed in relation to the induction of resistance to stress. Using in vitro selection, however, has not established that presence of proline as indicative of tolerance to frost or drought. In contrast, while we add abscisic acid exogenously, it can induce resistance to frost and drought, and also affect the concentration of other substances, including proline. Through in vitro selection was discovered that brassinosteroids have the important role during drought, but their mechanisms during stress have not been yet clarified. During exposure of plants to frost, overexpression of new discovered genes increase frost resistence by dehydrin proteins. The thesis analyzes the financial situation Enbra a.s. company in 2009-2012. In the section Theoretical explains the methods, concepts and indicators for measuring performance. After a brief introduction of the company are in the practical part of that undertaking applied. The practical part contains calculations of indicators and Interpretation of their results. On the basis of data these results will be suggested possible solutions to improve the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis pays attention to the proposal of a system supporting the service and customer services. In its first chapter, the thesis describes the key field for customer services, their supply and usage, Furthermore, it speaks about the system of call centres, their types, possibilities and function. The next part submits an analysis of the existing situation in the service network and equipment of a particular company, the second part of the thesis includes a proposal of the complete system to solve the customer support from the point of view of the end users and the service partners. In the evaluating and concluding part, it focuses on the applicability of the system, its implementation and contributions.
The methodology of in vitro cultuvation of opium poppy and production of homozygous materials for breeding

The methodology includes several options for preparing and maintaining initial donor F1 plants with respect to breeder’s possibilities. The next part presents the basic techniques for explant preparation, establishing of in vitro culture, regeneration of shoots and whole plants, transferring to non-sterile conditions, multiplying, identification and selection of diploid materials for further breeding. Attached there are specifications of cultivation media used. Important stages are documented with the help of figures.

This publication deals with one of the most complex and accessible services suitable for mobile device called WAP. In the theoretical section, we approach the topical theme of building web presentations suitable for mobile devices in format of WAP 2.0. In this section, we are going to compare WAP 2.0 and technologies WAP 1.0, as well as languages WML, XHTML MP and Wap CSS will be further examined. Furthermore a wide range of practical examples in the form of mobile web presentation is created.
