Poliklinika Chotěboř, preparation of the construction

The thesis is focused on construction technology solution for realization of the construction of a polyfunctional building in Chotěboř. Part of the project is technical report, studies of major technological stages, project of site equipment, design of major machines and mechanisms, technological regulations. The thesis contains selected technological regulations of carried out activities, control, and test plans, safety and health protection at work comparison of ceiling systems.
REDUCING THE VALUE OF CONSTRUCTION NOISE BY MODELING THE PRODUCTION AREA OF CONSTRUCTION SITE AND BY ADJUSTING THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCEDURES DURING CONSTRUCTION

This doctoral thesis focuses on noise generated during construction. It defines the legislative and physical aspects of this topic. It determines heavy machinery as noise source and categorizes them by their usage in construction technologies. It collects source data of the machinery noises which can be further used in prognostic models. It analyses the level of construction noise which can impact the nearby residential areas and offers methodology for modelling and designing the possible arrangements for the noise reduction. It defines partial effects of the construction site which are significant for the noise spreading. It establishes their role in the value of acoustic pressure level of the noise affecting the façade of the considered building. With the data collection and with case study verification it offers a prepared work tool which can be easily used to predict noise levels on construction sites and can be applied in the early constructions preparations. The structure of this thesis is planned for possible usage as university textbook or study support.
Preparation for realization of reinforced concrete storage hall in Polička

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of an effective construction-technological project for the construction of reinforced concrete prefabricated storage halls and halls of Ravensburger Karton s.r.o.. The solution of the chosen problem is the design of the building site equipment, the verification of the transport routes, the assembly schemes, the technological regulation and the control and test plan for the precast reinforced concrete frame, the BOZP plan, the budget item and the schedule of the main building, timetable, calculation timetable and environmental aspects of the construction.

Preparation and organization of ELIT warehouse building in Brno

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of realization of the Elit storage hall in Brno based on the provided project documentation. Part of the thesis is a technical report for a building technology project, a study of the realization of the main technological stages of the building, the situation of the building with wider transport route links, the project of the building site including the technical report of the construction site equipment, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms. Further part of this work are a chapters on the implementation of the supporting structure of the halls, which are the Technological Regulation for the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton, The Plan for securing the material resources for the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton and The Assessment of the usability of the mobile cranes for mounting the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. Part of this work is also a variant solution for the implementation of the Densitop MT industrial floor including a price comparison comparison with the original design. From the time and financial point of view, the object time and financial plan is elaborated, followed by the detailed schedule of the main building construction and the itemized budget of the main building, including the bill of quantities. Due to the high demands on the quality and safety of the construction, the chapters of the Quality Control and Testing Plan for Reinforcing the Prefabricated Reinforced Skeleton and the Plan for Safety and Health at Work on the building site are also included.
Preparation for the construction of an apartment building in Brno - Slatina

The diploma thesis deals with the building - technological project of the apartment house in Brno - Slatina, Lučiny. The purpose will be an optimal design of construction progress with regard to finance and time. For this phase were processed the site equipment with the design of the lifting strap, the transport routes and the machine assembly. In addition, an item budget, which was followed by a detailed schedule. Based on these documents was created a balance of machines and workers. For monolithic constructions were developed a technological regulation and a control and test plan. Furthermore, the calculation of the decanting time and the design of the formwork turnover, supplemented by its drawing. In the diploma thesis is elaborated a plan for safety and health protection in the workplace and selected design details.

The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential building Lanškroun. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Preparation of a warehouse building in Kuřim

The subject of my diploma thesis is preparation of the realization of a warehouse situated in Kuřim. The work contains technological regulations for the construction of the reinforced concrete skeleton and the realization of the industrial floor, the design of the main machines and mechanisms including the time deployment, the detailed time schedule of the main building object SO 101.3 Hall B, time schedule and financial plan of the building – the objects one. Due to the scale of the work, documents relating to safety and quality control are also processed. Further, the technical report of the site equipment, including drawings, is processed. In the chapter, which provides space for other assignments, the OSH plan is elaborated, the budget of object SO 101.3 Hall B, Safety measures for the installation of reinforced concrete skeleton. The last point of the diploma thesis deals with specialization in the field of realization of inland communication.
