Michaela Stupková Year of defense: 2019 Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about the knee joint, its anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and traumatology, focusing on the anterior cruciate ligament. Then to introduce the possibilities of treatment of its rupture and physiotherapeutic care after surgery. The goal of the practical part is to propose the therapeutically plan for patient with this diagnosis, monitoring and evaluating the effect of the therapy. Method: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is concerned with theoretical knowledge about the knee joint. The second part contains entry and leaving examination of a patient and a description of therapeutic units. This part was created during bachelor practice in the hospital in Kladno. Results: Since the condition of the patient has significantly improved during the therapies, I conclude that the physiotherapeutic methods were effective. The general part contains information about anatomy, biomechanice and kinesiology. I describe specifically the diagnosis of cervicobrachial syndrome with details to clinical sings, treatmend and psychotherapy. The special part contains a case report of a patient with Cb syndrome. It consists of initial and final kinesiological analysis, short - term and long-term terapy plan, therapy proposal and detailed description of individual therapies. Thesis title: The case report on the physiotherapy treatment for a patient diagnosed with peripheral facial palsy Aim of the thesis: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the theoretical background of the diagnosis of facial palsy and to develop a case report on the physiotherapy treatment for a patient diagnosed with peripheral palsy of nervus facialis. Methods used: The bachelor thesis contains theoretical findings about peripheral palsy of nervus facialis parse, including physical examination and possible treatment, especially the physiotherapeutic one. The anatomical context and a comparison with the central palsy are also dealt with. The special part consists of the case report on a patient diagnosed with peripheral palsy of nervus facialis, and contains anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, individual therapies and final kinesiological analysis including an assessment of the effect of the therapy. Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis ischemic stroke. Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to elaborate a case study of patient after ischemic stroke, and to summarize theoretical knowledge regarding this diagnosis. Methods: The thesis is divided into general and special part. In the general part I focus on describing the theoretical basis of this diagnosis with the help of literature, especially on its etiopathogenesis, clinical symptomatics and rehabilitation cure of patients after this disease. The practical part includes case report of the patient with whom I had the opportunity to cooperate during a continuous practice in the regional hospital in Kladno in the term - 21.1. - 15.2. 2019. The case report include the input analysis of the patient, the suggestion of the therapy according to the input values, the application of the given therapies and the evaluation of the subsequent effect of the therapeutic action on the physical and mental condition of the patient. Results: The patient's health condition improved during the therapies. Effect of the therapy was an improvement of the patient's self-sufficiency and self-reliance in routine daily activities. Title: Physiotherapy case study of a patient with ankle fracture Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to obtain and process the theoretical knowledge about anatomy and kinesiology of the ankle, phylogenesis and ontogenesis of the foot and about the mechanisms of a traumatic injury. Then there are also diagnostic and therapeutic methods mentioned. The aim of the practical part was a case study of the patient with such diagnosis together with the design of the therapy and its practical application. Methods: This thesis consists of 2 parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part delas with facts connected to the diagnosis of an ankle joint trauma, specificaly anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanice of the joint during walking, traumatology and treatment options. The practical part is devoted to the case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with such diagnosis. It contains an initional kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapy schedule, therapy itself and the output kinesiological analysis together with an evaluation of the efect of therapy. Aim of thesis: Summary of theoretical findings of patientʼs diagnosis, study metodology of physiotherapeutic care, treatment design, monitoring of treatment, and evaluate the effect of patient with diagnosis facial nerve peripheral palsy. Summary: This thesis comprehensively summarizes the findings of of peripheral facial nerve palsy and it's treatment with physioterapeutic methods. It gives a wide view at the issue of physiotherapy in facial nerve palsy which is a symptom of many many other diseases. Title: Casuistry of fysiotherapeutic patient care after Ischemic CMP with leftsided hemiparesis. Goals: The main goal of my Bachelor thesis was to obtain new theoretical knowledge about diagnoses of strokes, while simultaneously processing the causistry of patients who underwent an Ischemic stroke with a leftsided hemiparesis. Work Methodology: This Bachelor thesis deals with the issues of diagnozing strokes. It is split into two main parts; the general section, and the specialized section. In the general section you may find the basic anatomy of the brain, theoretical knowledge from an etiological point of view, clinical symptoms, categories of strokes, and most importantly diagnoses and treatments of this condition. In the specialized section you may then find a processed causistry of the physiotherapeutic care for the patient, with whom I cooperated in a continuous professional practice at the regional hospital in Kladno throughout the period of 02.01.-27.01.2017, in the inpatient rehabilitation department. Title: Casuistics of physiotherapy care for patient diagnosed with cerebellar lesion after a brain hypoxia Goal: The goal of this work is data collection and processing of theoretical information on cerebellar ischemia and a preparation of casuistics of a patient with cerebellar hypoxia after heart attack. Summary: My thesis deals with cerebellar hypoxia after leaving sufferd from loss of heart as a result of heart attack. Thesis is divided in to parts. The first part, a theoretical one, describes anatomical and functional structure of the cerebellum, a brief description of ISCH and treatment options. This part also contains a description of rehabilitation methods used in patients with cerebellar syndrome. The second part of my thesis, a practical one, is focused on a precise description of the work with the patient after having suffered from loss of cerebellar hypoxia, I have collaborated with on inpatient department of regional hospital in Kladno from January 5th to January 22nd, 2016. The practical part contains results of patient's examination in time of admision to hospital and in time of release from hospital and a description of individual therapautical units (used methods, the progress of the therapy and the success of treatment). 1 Abstract Autor: Michal Šaroch Title: Casuistic of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with previous pelvis polytrauma and with post-operative paresis of n. peroneus of uncertain etiology Objective: The aim of the thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge of pelvis polytrauma and paresis of n. peroneus and to elaborate a case study on physiotherapy treatment of a patient with post- operative paresis of n. peroneus of uncertain etiology who underwent osteosynthesis of pelvis. Methods: The thesis is divided into two parts - general (the teoretical) and special (practical). The theoretical part comprises the analysis of peer-reviewed literature and it summarises basic information on issues of pelvis polytrauma and paresis of n. peroneus. Based on continuous physiotherapy internship, the practical part documents the process of rehabilitation of the patient with previous pelvis polytrauma currently suffering from paresis of n. peroneus. Results: The therapy achieved the best results in treatment directed to improveoverall physical condition of the patient, increasemuscle strength and improve walk.
